Super optimal placering, lækker lejlighed uden aircondition.
Pros:

Nyt og lækkert renoveret, perfekt beliggenhed ved Checkpoint Charlie og 2 metrostationer. Meget søde receptionister som gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at levere service, selvom de tydeligvis havde lidt for travlt.

Cons:

Ingen aircondition var et kæmpe problem i 30 grader, store glaspartier gjorde lejligheden sindssygt varm. Man kontakter personalet via WhatsApp og får svar fra en chatbot som lover en masse ting, man alligevel ikke får, fx bad jeg om at få tømt skrald og mere kaffe og salt, men det skete ikke. Sovesofaen er ikke så komfortabel men kan gå an for et par børn. Meget lille køkken uden almindelig ovn, men du kan lave et meget basic måltid.

Gode værelser og perfekt beliggenhed.
Pros:

Personalet var meget imødekommende. Vi blev godt modtaget af Irina som var god til at forklare alt og hvordan vi kunne få hjælp. Værelserne var virkelig fine, godt indrettet og senge var gode. Placeringen af hotellet var helt perfekt i forhold til flere sevædigheder.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Comfy beds, amazing staff, clean, wi fi great, streaming works, everything you need in the kitchen for a short stay even a dishwasher machine, modern and spacoius. Every corner of the appartment was thought through.

Cons:

The lack of ac during 40 degrees celsius. The fans work great but can’t do much on that temperature. We were provided with a portable ac but it was like a fan. Berlin doesn’t have ac in general so it’s not really a hotel fault. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely apartments in great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the property. Good location, nice interiors and mostly comfortable.

Cons:

No AC & poor ventilation - it was too hot to sleep in the room until early morning. To be fair though it was 35 degrees when we stayed.

Perfekte Lage, schöne Zimmer in einem Neubau, Tiefgarage sicher mit guten Parkplätzen, Personal sehr freundlich, 24h-Getränkebar mit Selbst-Checkout

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei dieser Preisklasse darf bemängelt werden, die Bettwäsche hatte viele Flusen (unsauber?), ziemlich teuer aber sehr gute Lage

Moderne plek op toplocatie
Pros:

De incheck verliep heel soepel en bij aankomst
kregen we een upgrade van een studio naar een appartement. Het was een ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan. Ook was er een groot balkon aanwezig. De ligging was voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis naar allerlei bezienswaardigheden. En er is zelfs een gym aanwezig.

Cons:

Het was een extreem warme week, helaas was er geen vaste airco. We kregen wel een mobiele, die echter niet de capaciteit had om het appartement te verkoelen. Verder was het niet helemaal schoon, er lagen overal haren en er waren veel zilvervissen, waarvan drie in bed.

Super zentral und praktisch mit Küche für einen Aufenthalt in Berlin Mitte.
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, funktionell. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Da es draußen sehr warm war, hatten wir die Deckenventilatoren kontinuierlich laufen, leider sonderten sie Staubflocken ab.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, located not far away from the center of city, yet quiet at the same time. Fair pricing.

Cons:

They have no air conditioning, but we asked for mobile unit and got one, so it was OK. As others mentioned, lift is impossible to use during day time because it's always occupied by cleaning staff for some reason. I would rate property higher, but I'm tired of continuously being spammed with emails asking to "rate my stay" with NON-WORKING unsubscribe links.

Tolle Lage, super sauber und nettes Personal

Leider hatten wir zu viert nur drei Stühle zum Frühstücken und trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde der Mängel nicht abgestellt

Pros:

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is in a new building, clean and super convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the gym in the facilities and the small kitchen in the apartment made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!
