Für uns nicht mehr buchbar, weil Preis und Leistung nicht stimmen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Lage in der Mitte von Berlin richtig gut.

Cons:

Der Preis ist überteuert..... zusätzlich Parken und das schlechteste Frühstück was man sich vorstellen kann.
Einfach ohne Frühstück anbieten!

Pros:

Чистота( за исключением дивана в гостиной), расположение, хорошие полотенца и постельное бельё, тишина в номере, теплые полы и возможность их регулировать, подземный паркинг.

Cons:

Диван в гостиной это просто нечто! Лучше б просто стулья поставили, мало того что он был в отвратительных пятнах и не подстелив плед( хорошо он у нас был) на него не сесть. Так если даже и сядешь , разъезжаются подушки и ты просо на механизме разборного дивана. Ужасно не удобный и нелепый. Мы приехали на полумарафон и важно было после забега сходить в душ, поэтому мы оплатили поздний выезд и договорились о времени во сколько вернемся, вещи мы собрали и оставили в машине. Вернувшись обнаружили что наши ключи уже не рабочие, в номер не попасть и на рецепшн нам сказали извините номер уже убран, как то накладочка вышла. Деньги конечно же никто не вернул за поздний выезд, просто извините…

Fantastic staff (a highlight), clean and spacious room.
Pros:

Staff was great (15/10 - really awesome) and room was very clean. Lots of space (we were in the exec 1 bedroom) and the blinds on the outside of the building were easy to use and helpful. Easy location for walking to attractions. Kitchenette is well stocked, Bosch appliances easy to use, and (can't overstate this) very clean. Heated floors throughout, heated towel rail. Tons of light, big windows. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a fan and the shower situation was awkward (it sprays out the door from the rainfall head, so you get wet and so does the floor, when you turn it on. The couch (same as at other Wilde properties is so uncomfortable when set-up as a couch.

Pros:

Really spacious apartment, great facilities and well thought out design. The bed was really comfortable and the travel cot was perfect for our 4 month baby. Everything was clean and it felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

If I visit Berlin again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. I booked a two‑bedroom apartment, and it was spacious enough for two adults and two children. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We checked into the hotel at 15:00, but the room was very cold. It hadn’t been heated before we arrived. Although they turned on the heating system afterwards, since it wasn’t started early enough, we struggled a lot on the first night and were extremely cold. The room should have been heated before our arrival.
