Good hotel, well located with helpful staff

- Our request to be put on a high floor was fulfilled (although towards the south the nearby buildings are quite run down - maybe better to ask for a room that looks to the north)
- Luggage store facility
Far from what we'd consider 5* in Europe. At best I'd say 3*.
- The building / rooms are dated, the frequently used surfaces in the room are clean but not the nooks and crannies (see light switch and shower head), shower was leaking into the bathroom
- Elevators in need of maintenance, all three of them had different issues (not responding to pushing a button, not showing floor number, etc)
- Paper thin walls, we could clearly hear people slamming the doors on the corridor and walking up and down
- AC was finicky, you had to turn it on / off before it responded
- Breakfast could be more varied, it was more pastry heavy
- Issues with card payment: Amex or contactless payments didn't work (and we didn't have issues with either at other accommodations)
Very professional, helpful and courteous staff in every role. Great security at the entrance of the hotel. Immaculate clean. Great location. Great views of the city from the wellness floor.
I think, it’s time for a newer generation of machines in the work out area.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos con mi pareja. Nos gusta el trato de la recepción son muy amables, la posibilidad de dejar las valijas después de hacer el check out. Estuvimos en una habitación club y es bastante cómoda la cama y las instalaciones. Cuentan con pileta en el piso 22 con profundidades desde 1,3m a 1,8m con una leve pendiente.
El desayuno puede mejorar, hay muchas harinas y pocas opciones de fruta o sin gluten.

No es un 5 estrellas falta modernizar y mantenimiento ya que el colchón no era de buena calidad ni las toallas tampoco había objetos de baño nos dejaron para los tres un solo jabón de manos y una gorra . Los vasos del frigobar era de polipapel la habitación con piso de alfombra bastante descuidado
