It was clean
The bathroom was a bit little to clod
The manager gave use the biggest room for our baby. It was amazing. Had everything we needed and was walking distance to find shops
In general room was tidy and clean
In overall was Value for money
Few issues were:
There is no kitchen but a bbq which works well
Room smells dampness
The kettle pouring filter was very dirty

Whilst not your newest of hotels it is certainly clean, well set out, has all that one needs at an affordable price. More than happy to stay here during our next visit to Stawell.

We arrived in the dark and left in the dark, was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Plug to electric blanket could do with some help, will visit again

Very Poor Customer Service rang a couple of times the after hours number to get no response eventually after we left left Motel they rang to sort out problem agreeing with what i was saying an said sum one would get back to me and i am still waiting

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the base is on wheels and moves around when you get in. The security chain on the door was broken. The water saving shower head meant a very slow and somewhat unsatisfying shower. The location was quiet. The pool appeared to be well maintained. The air con cooled a hot room down quite quickly but would have been nice if it had been turned on before we arrived on a 40 degree day.

Good price, but you get what you pay for - budget motel for sure. Arrived 7:30pm and office was closed with a note on the door (supposed to be open until 10pm), no email/text was sent, so had to use international roaming on my mobile to call and find out about check in. Room was left open with key inside - not safe or secure! 3 glasses in fridge wrapped in paper for guest use - they were disgustingly filthy - looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cleaning cloth - gross! Live TV said "no signal". Road noise was very loud (trucks going by), and I was awakened at 5am by noisy car engine next door (since parking is only a few feet from unit and doors/windows do not block noise). Office also closed when I left at 9:40am so apparently reception is not really there - remote checkin/out is OK these days, but at least send an email/text with instructions.
Nice place for an overnight stay.
