It is best to know what to expect we're afraid.
Pros:

The hot breakfast each morning, and the lady running that kitchen was marvelous. That was the best aspect.

The room size was good.

Cons:

The first morning we had zero water in the room. From then on we had only luke warm water in the bathroom for showers.

We were given room 121 situated directly above the highway traffic... and which had no outdoor place to leave the room and have an outside space to sit.

The pleasant but noisy maintenance person arrived early each morning right outside our room and parked and operated from that position.

This was all substandard to our usual expectations, by comparison with every other booking we had in WA.

Just a quick visit on our way north with our granddaughter. Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

The room was so spacious and the beds very comfortable. Nice big shower with great water pressure. The staff were fabulous. I had a fall in the dining room and the lovely lady that came to my aid was wonderful and caring.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.
