The water, dramatically changing I put warm on it’s either scolding or cold but if warm only last a minute burnt my daughter while having a shower k left her with her temp water (warm) than she was red as a tomato from the heat

couldn't get heating to work
Our booking was for a room with kitchenette. microwave and benchtop stove. The room intially offered was a literal hovel with unpainted walls, was smaller that offered on this site and offered none of the aforementioned. We were required to pay an extra $300.00 to get what we believed we had booked through booking.com. The room finally offered was acceptable.
