Overall the hotel provided what we needed for an overnight stay in Perth city.
Pros:

Good location in East Perth, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay and the city. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

Very old hotel, rooms could do with refurbishment, particularly bathrooms and beds. Noise was an issue as could hear other guests quite easily from inside the room.

Great location, good value for money.
Pros:

Great location in the city. Good standard for this price range. It is very convenient having a kitchenette in the room for longer stays. The staff were friendly and happy to help out. Would recommend this property if you are looking for location and kitchenette facilities.

Cons:

We initially had to change room as the first room we were allocated needed a deep clean but the staff were very happy to move us after politely requesting a room change.
