Will not stay here again
Cons:

It was very busy the night we stayed, therefore very noisy. Seemed to be there was little to no hot water in the morning for even washing hands in the sink.

This hotel is hosting long term tenants living in squalor which made the whole place feel unclean.
Pros:

The female front desk staff member was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel did quiet down after 11.

Cons:

The hallway towards our room was full of garbage, many rooms were open where we could see long term renters sitting in a hoarding situation. There were children playing in the hall which was a complete mess. We had to step over and around it. There were sketchy guys with hooded jackets who kept their heads down when we passed them which made me feel uncomfortable. Our door had a fairly large gap all the way around it so the light from the hallway seeped in and the lock didn’t feel secure. We listened to yelling and arguing till 11.
