A beautiful hotel in a great location. The architecture, rooms, staff, food and beverage offerings..everything was world class.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the location is central to many of the attractions Helsinki has to offer.
Our stay was phenomenal. The only downside is that the gym and spa are impacted by renovations. There is no sauna while renovations are ongoing. I look forward to visiting again once renovations are completed.

スタッフは皆フレンドリーでにこやかで安心して過ごせました。また、毎日お水を頂けたので、お水を買いにいかずにすんだのはありがたかったです。
トラムの駅もほぼ目の前にあり、行きたかったファッツェルカフェはホテルエントランスの目の前だったので、最終日、ここでゆっくり過ごして、ホテルに荷物を取りに行きました。立地最高でした！
枕元のサイドテーブルのあたりから、定期的に音がします。電気を消すと音はしなくなりますか、ついている間は耳障りでした。また置き型ランプだけを消すことができないのは、少し不便でした。

Excellent location- walking distance to everything a tourist could want to see and the main train station. Beautiful hotel and room. Outstanding customer service - I had several requests including no Down bedding , additional heating in the room, etc, and everything was done with friendliness, patience and very swiftly. I haven’t encountered such customer service in a very long time. One strange thing- after I left I received an email asking me to submit payment for a mini-bar charge. I knew I hadn’t had anything except coffee so gave them a call. Housekeeping supposedly reported red wine gone. I hadn’t taken it, so the front desk immediately said no problem. I was there for only one night and can’t wait to go back to see more of Helsinki and stay here again for a longer period of time.
Housekeeping could take better care of what’s in the mini bar.
