行きたい場所に歩いてどこへでも行けたので、とても便利でした。ヘルシンキ大聖堂も歩いてすぐです！
スタッフは皆フレンドリーでにこやかで安心して過ごせました。また、毎日お水を頂けたので、お水を買いにいかずにすんだのはありがたかったです。
トラムの駅もほぼ目の前にあり、行きたかったファッツェルカフェはホテルエントランスの目の前だったので、最終日、ここでゆっくり過ごして、ホテルに荷物を取りに行きました。立地最高でした！
枕元のサイドテーブルのあたりから、定期的に音がします。電気を消すと音はしなくなりますか、ついている間は耳障りでした。また置き型ランプだけを消すことができないのは、少し不便でした。

Excellent location- walking distance to everything a tourist could want to see and the main train station. Beautiful hotel and room. Outstanding customer service - I had several requests including no Down bedding , additional heating in the room, etc, and everything was done with friendliness, patience and very swiftly. I haven’t encountered such customer service in a very long time. One strange thing- after I left I received an email asking me to submit payment for a mini-bar charge. I knew I hadn’t had anything except coffee so gave them a call. Housekeeping supposedly reported red wine gone. I hadn’t taken it, so the front desk immediately said no problem. I was there for only one night and can’t wait to go back to see more of Helsinki and stay here again for a longer period of time.
Housekeeping could take better care of what’s in the mini bar.
Hotel is well located in central of Helsinki. Our deluxe king room was spacious, clean, , comfortable & well equipped for a 5 stars hotel. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot snd cold food. Staff made your morning cup of coffee … we don’t have to do that ourselves …all served with a smiling faces. Excellent room services. Hotel Kamp dining room staff went out of their way to make a freshly squeezed oranges juice at dinner for me and tomato juice for my husband. We were on medication for a bad cold …so no alcohol for us ! Caesar salad made in the traditional way at table was impressive and delicious. Enough vegetarian food in menu for us .
