L état de la chambre traces infiltrations d eaux toilettes qui craquaient lit mal fait et surtout petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d un hôtel étoilé

サウナがあるからココを選んだのに、冬のこのサウナが必要な時期にサウナの電源が切られていた。プールは小さすぎてプール周りに置いている観葉植物は全てプラスチック製で、全くリラックス出来ない残念な空間でした。

Il concierge di nome Omar che ha trattenuto silentemente 6 euro dal resto del pagamento cash della camera (garantita con la carta) che mi doveva e quando dopo 2 minuti sono tornato da solo per chiedere informazioni senza neppure che io parlassi mi ha restituito 5 e non 6 euro ma contestualmente molto indispettito mi ha chiesto 15 euro per pagare il pernottamento del mio cane.... i commenti non servono, mi limito a radiografare la situazione sperando che l'hotel abbia una telecamera per visionare ed inoltre all'arrivo non ci ha neppure salutato neppure Buongiorno... complimenti a tutti
