Un detail, mais au moment du depart cela fait desordre

Cons:

Lors du depart le receptionniste voulait nous imputer deux petits dejeuners que nous n’avions pas pris, nous avons contesté, et il a repondu"je vais vous croire", il est habituel que le personnel du restaurant fasse signer un registre ou remette un document précisant la prise des petits dejeuners, cela évite sans aucun doute d’avoir à ce justifier, je suis surpris que le receptionniste ne soit pas en possession de ces documents! C’est desagreable.

La propreté et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait au moins 2 capsules de café et 2 sachets de thé dans la chambre. Une bouteille d'eau serait également bienvenue ainsi qu'une bouilloire. Nous avions réservé au restaurant le soir mais bug informatique ? Toujours est-il que nous n'avons pas pu manger malgré le récépissé à l'appui. Le serveur nous a indiqué qu'il n'avait pas de réservation ?! Heureusement que nous avions été surclassés !

Perfectly OK for a business trip
Pros:

Staff helpful, spacious rooms

Cons:

Not particularly the Hotels fault, but we chose to go during the summer holidays, when the restaurant was closed. and there isn't much around the hotel. The rooms are getting a bit 'tired', but perfectly good enough, if one likes dark panels..
