施設に徒歩で行けるところ
朝食は美味しかった
室内が静かだった（回り、上下階の音が気にかからなっかった）

Cons:

加湿器の給水タンクに給水しづらかった（三分の一程度しかたまらない。蛇口が低い）
エアコンの設定温度より室内温度が低く感じた
