Please note that we will start large-scale renovation work on the outer wall on the following dates/times.
■ Work date: March 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to November 15, 2023 (Wednesday) *The construction period may be delayed due to weather.
*Completion of construction: Scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023
■Working hours: 8:00-18:00 (construction noise: 10:00-16:00)
■ Work content: Exterior wall painting work, guest room window sash replacement work
* Scaffolding will be installed on the entire outer wall of the building and the entire building will be cured.
*Construction noise may be generated when scaffolding is being assembled or dismantled, guest room sashes are being replaced, or foundations are being repaired. (Temporary construction work, foundation repair work, window sash replacement work, sealing work, painting work, etc.)
【Notes】
*During the construction period, workers may move the scaffolding, so there will be a period when the sashes in the guest rooms will be covered with smoke film and the scenery will be spoiled.
*We will do our best to reduce noise and vibration as much as possible, but noise and vibration may occur during the day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel very easy. It is situated only about 2–3 minutes from the train and bus stations, which provides great convenience for transportation. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions and shopping areas.

Comfortably cozy place with very helpful staff
Pros:

Great location close to Susukino station and the underground shopping mall. It’s next door to cocono mall with many eateries n shopping so even on snowy days there’s a lot to do n places where u can stay dry and warm. Staff was excellent . They helped me ship a bag to Osaka . The price is very reasonable. I would stay here again. The lobby looks busy with a lot of people but I never had to wait fr check out or check in. There’s always lot of staff. Breakfast time has loads of people but there’s always space to sit and the food is replenished with fresh food. I didn’t come across a single inconvenient moment

Cons:

Nothing. Location was the best part of the stay
