Pros:

Staff friendly.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work. Even after help from staff. Fan in bathroom unable to be turned off until 10pm with all other rooms on a timer.

We enjoyed our time here and felt it was great value for money. We would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The bathroom was one of the highlights, it was nice, clean, and fully stocked with quality toiletries and plenty of fresh, fluffy towels. The bed and linens were also very comfortable and spotless.

We appreciated the secure room doors and swipe-access main doors, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub!

There were also plenty of parking spaces, which was very convenient. The location was great too, with restaurants, pubs, and Pak’nSave all nearby.

Overall, a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay and definitely great value for money. We’d happily stay here again!

Cons:

The buffet breakfast could have had a little more variety in the food options. Other than that, we were very happy with the service. The buffet staff were really pleasant, friendly, and provided great customer service.

The stay was disappointing due to the noisy air conditioning / heater and limited breakfast variety.

I liked the location, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner / heater was a major problem during my stay. It made strange electrical and water-like noises continuously, even when it was switched off. Because of this, I couldn't sleep properly and woke up many times during the night.

The staff were friendly and offered me another room the following day. Unfortunately, when I checked the other room, it had exactly the same issue, so I decided to stay in the original room.

There is definitely something wrong with the air conditioning system in the building, and it seriously affected the quality of my sleep.

I also expected more variety from the breakfast.
