Pros:

Overall experience was good, staff is nice, there is free parking on site, delicious breakfast ( espresso at an extra fee though:/) Would have liked to try the pool but were only staying overnight.

Cons:

Its not the newest hotel, rooms were bit outdated.

Cleaner barged in via back door, when the sign was at the front door saying do not disturb. Even when door chain was on. No apology, just said "we use the back door". Ceiling had asbestos.

100% would stay here again!
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and warm. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spa pool. Value for money was 10/10 and staff were lovely. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hamilton.

My grandchildren loved staying here as well as the Adults and will be definitely coming back to stay alot longer in the future.central to everything won me over.

Comfortable and convenient, the hotel was ideal for our purposes.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bath was a bonus (and filled so quickly!). The hotel is in walking distance from city centre facilities. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was nothing disagreeable.
