Great stay.
Pros:

The room is well equip. The staffs was friendly and know what they are doing as we have arrived on the night before the storm arrived. We ended up staying an extra night due to the storm.

Cons:

The beds was too soft to my back.
The swimming pool temperature was too cold, we were hoping to use it but the water is just cold.

Needs a name change or up your service standards to ensure basic quality is adhered to
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Glad I only booked one night, not much Quality about the place.
It was overpriced for what it was lacking below

Cons:

Breakfast was canceled last minute, they said due to cyclone which did hit, Napier until late afternoon/evening. Bathroom spa didn’t work, no conditioner, and fan didn’t work in bathroom either. Had a great looking covered pool which was too cold for anyone to get in although it was a heated pool. No side table for one side of bed, had to use a chair.

Access to tge rooms via outdoor staircase two levelswas tricky especially during wet weather.
Room was not serviced and returned to wet towels smelling the room out.
Service could be better.

nice break away with very clean room with great view
