Pros:

Location, shower water pressure.

Cons:

Room smelt like bleach, even after airing it out couldn't get rid of the smell. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

All and all was a good stay
Cons:

Parking was a issue. I drive a suv and you could not park under the hotel. Was way too small for bigger cars.

While it was convenient we will not return.
Pros:

Location - handy to our scheduled meeting venue. Proximity to Shopping - warehouse etc. Room was fine, comfortable...heating was good.

Cons:

Staff lacked good communication skills. Poor comms for laundry use in the household booklet...no reference to laundry when locked required to have room key to show staff before gaining access. Required to return to room to retrieve the key and then needed to have the necessary and correct coins card to operate the machines...we decided to go to a laundromat in the city.
