Very basic accommodation
Pros:

Not a lot unfortunately. Was clean at least.

Cons:

Room was very small and basic. Slept next to a fridge. Meant to let reception know room 116 tv doesn’t work no reception apparently.

Pros:

Comfy bed and radiator worked. The hotel was easy to find.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a very good clean e.g scrub the grout joints and the grime on tile surface was gross. The toilet seat didn't stay up, the shower head sprayed everywhere and the water pressure was bad. The outside of the building looked like a scene from 'Breaking Bad' totally rundown and even had a mini-golf graveyard rotting away on the deck. The hallways and reception smelt of damp and there was no sound proofing, you could hear every door closing and banging. There was TV instructions and it took us 30 mins to work out how to get it to work, it required a reboot of the chrome cast.

Okay, if you don’t mind hordes of tourists, and less than exemplary facilities.

It was a place to stay in Te Anau, which very busy.

The facilities are looking worn and tired, and could use a serious revamp.

Wifi was half decent

Cons:

Terrible state of the hotel, carpets are beyond their life, extremely dirty. Bad smell as soon as you enter the building. Very old outdated bathrooms and rooms overall. No kitchenette facilities, no microwave. When we go their the Hot Water Kettle had mold!

Very pleasant and decent Staff to deal with, whilst staying in suitably located, comfortable facility.
