Pros:

Das breite Beschäftigungsangebot( gratis Tischtennis/Billiard)

Cons:

Im Zimmer lag eine tote Fliege… ansonsten war es bereits sehr abgewohnt alles alt und oll. Das Hotel hat Potenzial wenn man etwas Geld in die Hand nimmt.

Pros:

Loved the view of the sunrise from the field outside the property. A bit of an old girl, but very clean, comfortable and a great location, just a short 2 minute drive to all the restaurants and lake. The staff were super friendly and were always smiling. An added bonus was the games room, where we took a break from touring to play some ping pong 🏓 and billiards.

Solide Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Te Anau
Pros:

Das Fjordland Hotel hatte auch schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Billard, Tischtennis und Leseecke. Das sehr kleine Zimmer war minimalistisch eingerichtet, zum Schlafen auf der sehr weichen Matratze hat es gereicht.
Frühstück war zubuchbar und war sehr gut und ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und nett.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war nur zum Frühstück geöffnet, der Pool war gar nicht geöffnet.

It's fine for what it is

It's a bit out of town but we had a car so it was ok. If you don't have your own transport it would be inconvenient.

Very poor hotel. They were the only accommodation in Te Anau looking for

Nothing

Cons:

The shower control lever fell off.
Couldn't be refitted in spite of having plumbing experience.
TV wouldn't work.
The hotel requires a total make over

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely. We were late for breakfast but the lovely lady let us have continental breakfast. Thank you for that.

Cons:

The hotel is aged. Needs a bit of a face-lift in the rooms. There is s conference room there plus a games room for kiddies. Quaint but needs an upgrade.
