Prima locatie, maar voor de rest valt de kwaliteit een beetje tegen.
Pros:

De locatie is centraal gelegen in Manhattan.

Cons:

De twee persoons bedden waren erg klein, de kamer was klein en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt viel tegen.

Hotel en el corazón de Manhattan. Sin lujos. Personal excelente

Abgesehen vom Frühstück, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Top Lage, Zimmer sind gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück auf Papptellern und kaum frische Lebensmittel. Das war das schlechteste Frühstück, was wir je hatten.

Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

Excelente experiencia. El hotel fue cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado, con un personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Nueva York. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

We booked our stay for five and we had only two beds, really small space. They gave us an inflatable matress that barely fitted the room, we could not open the door. Housekeeping was bad, one day housekeeping only made one of the two beds and left the other undone and bathroom left uncleaned.

Young lady in the front wasn’t too helpful. I waited for them to bring the coffee over and she said she didn’t know. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes and she wasn’t much help. Everyone else was very helpful. This happened Sunday morning

Adequate. Front desk staff nice. The elevator situation had a negative impact on our experience.
Pros:

Very convenient location.

Cons:

One elevator out of service; the other was abysmally slow. I’m sure this is a short-term problem but it was a negative to wait 5 minutes for the elevator and then slow stops at each floor to reach the lobby.

Helt ok, men dyrt i forhold til prisen - men New York er dyr.

Virkede til at være nyt og moderne

Cons:

Morgenmadspersonalet. De var ikke særlig venlige eller fleksible. Og den ene elevator virkede ikke så det tog meget lang tid at komme op og need.
