NO HEAT. JUST EXTRA BLANKET.

I STAYED JAN. 25 TO JAN 26. BLIZZARD WEATHER..ROOM COLD, NO HEAT. The maintenance guy could not fix the 8. I was given an extra blanket, that's all. Also only a tiny lamp with a dark shade. ROOM was too dark to see well. I will not be staying there.

Great location, good breakfast, nice lobby. Mini fridge and microwave in the room a big plus!

Cons:

Lighting in the room is bad! No soap in the sink, we had to hunt someone down to get us some.

Great value comfy hotel
Pros:

Location was good, near to the subway and felt very safe. Reception lady was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good choice. The hotel had a gym and laundry and the rooms were very clean.

Respectful staff.
Pros:

There was a storm when we have arrived. The staff and manager were very accommodating and helped us stay one more night and late check out due to the circumstances.
