I would still gladly recommend the hotel for its outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

I recently stayed at Gonen Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The reception staff — Emin, Muhammed, Soydan, and Eylul — were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made the stay comfortable and welcoming with their positive attitude and excellent service.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

Det var skuffende ophold. Jeg vil ikke give 4 stjerne til dette hotel.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger central placeret med fine top Rolf restaurant.
Værelset var stort og fint.

Cons:

Morgenmad var varierende men alligevel kedeligt(karton juice, manglende og kedelig brød osv.), som man ikke forventer af en 4 stjerne hotel.
I opholdsperioden var der enorm støj for byggearbejde. Hotel ledelsen tog det cool med bortforklaring.

Unbeatable location: just steps from Taksim Square. The metro is only 250m away, and nearby Havabus stops make airport travel a breeze.

שום דבר לא היה טוב במלון

הכל פשוט מזעזע וחבל שבוריינג מצייע אותו, כבר אינו רמה.
סכום הסכף אינו משקף את המציאות.
חדרים: מיטות ממש נמוכות מרוב שכבר המיטות משומשות.
מקלחת וישרותים, לא נקיים, אין סבון, אין נייר טוטליט, הדוש אין בו מים זורמים.
לא מנקים.
המזגןןןן הפסיק לעבוד יומיים לפני הציק אוט, רשם שצריך החלפת פילטר.
לא היה מים בבית המלון למשך יומיים, יצאנו בלי לשטוף פנים ובלי להתקלח, וכמויות של שיער ימצאו מהמקלחת.
פשוט גועל נפש, מאכזב ותת רמה
ובכל חוצפה העבוד בזמן הציק אין ביקש ממני לדרג את המלון 5 למרות שהוא מזעזע והיא יודיע، לא זוכרת את שמו אבל היה ב 9/2/26 בבוקר

كل شيء ممتاز الموقع والنظافة والتعامل من جميع الموظفين واخص الزملاء في الاستقبال والخدمات Emrah و Soydaner و EyluL و لا أنسى عاملة ترتيب الغرف بالدور 7 Nurten وكانوا متعاونين في الدخول قبل الوقت والخروج بالتمديد لمدة ساعتين
