Pros:

Great location very close to taksim square.
Our buttler Emrah was the best very helpful and made our stay great. Mohamad and Mhemet were friendly as well.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit noisy might be just our neighbours but the room walls are thin.

The receptionists were very helpful and location was ideal!
Pros:

It was in Taksim, within walking distance of Taksim square and the walk to Galata tower - port was lovely even late at night!

Cons:

My floor was the floor under heater tests, apparently, and I was suffocated by heat during AM hours!
