كل شيء ممتاز الموقع والنظافة والتعامل من جميع الموظفين واخص الزملاء في الاستقبال والخدمات Emrah و Soydaner و EyluL و لا أنسى عاملة ترتيب الغرف بالدور 7 Nurten وكانوا متعاونين في الدخول قبل الوقت والخروج بالتمديد لمدة ساعتين

La posizione vicino mezzi pubblici

Di solito rilascio sempre voti positivi ma questa volta purtroppo no. Tutte le mattine bussava alla porta il servizio dell'hotel per lasciare le bottigliette di acqua, cosa positiva ma allo stesso tempo no perché la maggior parte delle volte interrompeva il mio riposo e a volte è capitato di non darmi nemmeno il tempo di alzarmi dal letto che me li ritrovavo dentro. La stanza perennemente sporca..veniva effettuato il cambio asciugamani ma questi ultimi risultavano avere spesso e volentieri macchie così come sulle coperte. Stessa cosa per le tazze del tè mai lavate, sempre dovuto provvedere autonomamente. Nel bagno era assente scovolino pulisci water!! A volte la stanza perdeva elettricità perche il sensore leggi carta spesso e volentieri non la leggeva bene. La cosa peggiore di tutte il forte rumore che iniziava la mattina presto e terminava la sera tardi di lavori di ristrutturazione alla stanza di fianco alla mia. Esperienza negativa da non rifare. Hotel con 4 stelle ma ne vale 2 probabilmente.

לא היו מנקים כמו צריך היו הסדיניים מלוכלכים חמש ימים לא מחלפים אותם וגם הכוסות לא מחלפים אותם בקשנו מהם סוכר וניסקפה לא הוסיפו לנו
