Pros:

Very helpful and nice staff. Cleaning also very good every day they clean very detailed. Suitable location and nice staff.

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location near all the Old City sights. Important for us as only staying in Istanbul for 4 nights. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room had large comfortable bed. Bonus was pool sauna and steam (and complimentary afternoon cake and coffee). Value good for where it is and facilities.

Very pleasant old school boutique hotel
Pros:

We had a very nice experience at Romance Istanbul. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Sultanamet (Blue) Mosque and Aja Sofia and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel has an excellent spa with Turkish bath, sauna, steam bath, pool. Massage services are available as well.

Excellent stay here - would recommend
Pros:

Location was very good- close to all attractions and the tram for access to other areas. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We used the pool a couple of times - steam and sauna there also. Didn't opt for breakfast as so many cafes around the area

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but I did have my phone stolen on the tram so beware! Hotel were helpful and sympathetic but of course nothing they could do.

Fantastic Hotel, would stay there again and again!

We enjoyed this hotel so much. Every person we met was sincerely warm, friendly and helpful. I ordered the romance package, my husband and I have been together for 50 years so it seemed like a good idea. It turned out to be fantastic! The dark chocolate fondue with fruits ( fresh and dried), nuts, candy, marshmallows...was delicious! Our room was spotless and so nice and large, we had a Premium suite. It had a nice balcony. It was quiet and elegant. Super comfy bed, lots of closet space. We had a wonderful Turkish bath here I really recommend! A real treat after being on a Viking cruise ship let me tell you!
