Simply fantastic!!
Pros:

I don't normally leave hotel reviews, but this is by far the best one I've ever stayed in by all measures. I miss it so much already. The entire place and the room itself was absolutely gorgeous and lavishly decorated without a speck of dust anywhere. The room was stocked with all sorts of useful items like shoe polish and disposable slippers, just to name a couple. The room was arranged into three twin beds upon arrival as we had requested.
I've never seen a breakfast SO abundant with options with a huge spread of amazing foods I'd never tried (along with all the staples you know and love). There was even a real honeycomb you could scoop from, for your tea I assume. And the scrambled eggs were actually up to my impossible standards.
All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with our TV remote and they addressed it instantaneously. I'm so mad at myself for not noting the name of the wonderful man we dealt with most frequently; he always had a smile and actually ran across the street to save my dad from using an ATM that would take a high commission and redirected us to a much better option at the PTT down the road. You know who you are I hope. Also a huge thank you to the employee who ran our luggage up the steep hill on a side street to help us catch our taxi. And to the one who showed us all the cool sites in the area on a map when we checked in.

Beautiful hotel in great location definitely recommend
Pros:

Beautifully elegant hotel. Excellent location for walking or tram to tourist attractions and shopping and many restaurants for all budgets. The staff are friendly and helpful and their English is very good. The rooms are clean, comfortable and also elegant. Shirin and Ramazan and Burak Ercan are very welcoming and kind.

Pros:

The spa which is cozy and relaxing.

Cons:

The room on the first night was on first floor facing the building across the small street with a broken and dirty spiral stairs. The other two nights in a high floor room with bigger windows was acceptable. Both rooms need improvement in lighting. The rugs are worn-out. The breakfast room is on the ground floor, not in the roof-top Olive Restaurant which belongs to the sister hotel.
