Staff was great and the associated restaurant was good (ate their for dinner) Rooms were nicely appointed and spacious.staff very helpful and responsive.
Hotel is right in the tram line which seems to run near 24 hours a day. Tram is noisy and makes the entire room shake. Gym is not air conditioned. Breakfast has a ton of type of pastry but protein selection (eggs, warmed meats, yogurt) was not great and not of very good quality.
Good location and liked the traditional style of furnishings.

Excellent location in the centre of the European side of Istanbul with easily accessible public transport nearby. Hotel was quiet and relaxing, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was small but lavishly decorated. Only issue would be the noise from outside but that is due to the location in the city, we got used to it after a couple of nights. Room and hotel were both clean and the swimming pool was a highlight. Breakfast did not have many options but was of a high quality with excellent coffee available. Overall, this hotel provided a lovely experience and I would be very happy to return here if visiting Istanbul again.
Amazing experience with a fantastic staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Romance Istanbul Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was first rate. Our room was charming and spacious. Our shower head had a bit of a leak and it was replaced immediately. The hotel location is wonderful for all of the major tourist sights. We also enjoyed the Hammam experience there. The breakfast buffet was very good and we indulged in the afternoon tea as well. Everything was truly superb. I would absolutely stay again.
We loved this quaint boutique hotel. The location is excellent for walking to the Grand Bazaar and Spice market.
The staff at the hotel were so kind and gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation at their sister hotel rooftop restaurant!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul. The staff were truly exceptional—so warm, welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety every morning. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

What a unexpected/low-profile gem…
Location was perfect for my first-time visit to Istanbul/Turkey. Everything else was an absolute bonus! Staff made various recommendations (rooftop dining/sunset cruise/private guide/etc) that were top-notch!
Perfect Location. Well appointed and very quaint hotel. The rooms were a little on the small side but being in the heart of the historic district, that it to be expected however. very well laid out, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. The concierge was incredibly helpful and intuitive. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
