Pros:

Although we had booked and paid for this property, in advance, and even had messages from them, they had overbooked and had NO room for us on arrival!! The receptionist was extremely rude and tried to blame Booking.com. She refused to help with alternative accommodation and continued to blame everyone else. No apology whatsoever. Do not stay here.

Πολύ καλή περιοχή ήσυχη, κοντά στο εμπορικό κέντρο της Bridge Street, κοντά στο κέντρο! Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ αναπαυτικό!

Cons:

Το γεγονός ότι δεν είχε πρωινό. Ωστόσο θα πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι το δωμάτιο είχε κουζίνα και υπήρχε δυνατότητα διάθεσης σκευών μαγειρικής δωρεάν. Επισης το επιδαπέδιο κλιματιστικό ήταν θορυβώδες.

Great value, everything you need
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette has everything you need. It even has a dishwasher! Location is good too. I stayed here for the Race to Space Marathon, which was only 6 minutes away. Great value.

Nice room, but NO hot water!
Pros:

The hotel room itself was nice and passing the gym looked really nice as well! Certainly glad I didn’t go workout - since a shower was a no-go!

Cons:

NO HOT WATER!

My only gripe is that there was NO water for a morning shower. I don’t mean Luke warm either - this water was ice cold. I only stayed one night for a local bowling tournament. I turned the water on around 3/4 temp on hot and waited a few minutes but was cold, so I cranked it up all the way to hot - still ice cold. I decided to try the cold thinking it was possible the water lines were crossed - still ice cold. Finally I put it back all the way to hot waited 2-3 minutes - the same ice cold, so I skipped the shower. When checking out I asked the clerk if there was anything up with the hot water - she said yes that the boiler went out. I get that things happen, but I wasn’t able to shower and honestly I would have slept just as well in my vehicle - the reason people get hotels is for the facilities - and I could have dealt with a Luke warm shower - but even that was asking too much. I wasn’t offered any kind of discount nor did I ask, but felt it certainly should had been offered!

Quality experience, stay! It is an extremely well-managed, run hotel
Pros:

The #1 selling attribute of this Property is its personnel. Jeffery, the GM is amazing! This man's leadership and the people he hires are among the BEST in my hotel experience, and I've been to many, many, many places. The rooms are immaculately clean. The Property is impeccably well-maintained, managed, and run. Again, the staff is wonderful! 👏

Cons:

The Internet is slow. 6 out of 10.
The toilet does not have a strong flush.
The water pressure is sketchy.
The lighting in the kitchen and at the work desk is poor.
