Liveable, but not great. Would not stay again.

Location was as expected. Noise level was good.

Cons:

Missing bedside stand and luggage rack. Floors were filthy and bathtub leaked a steady stream. Kitchen gear had to be requested and delivery was not timely. Breakfast was coffee, hot water and instant oatmeal. Couldn't tell if the place was being used as a halfway house or transient center, but there was a constant stream of shall we say "characters" in the lobby and around the patio. Did not always feel comfortable and safe having a morning coffee or afternoon gathering.
