Staff was very courteous and helpful. Air conditioning works great.

Cons:

Third floor toilet do not flush very well. Moved to the first floor and the toilet flushed perfectly.

When they accuse me for smoking in the room and I don't smoke and they try to charge my card three times and when I called him and ask him why they was charging my card that's what they told me that the road smell like smoke that's why did you charge it three times the lady said we were just trying to get something

Seemed nice until you walk in

Close to my husbands job.

Cons:

My husband is staying here 4 days a week for his job before traveling back to our house in Kirkland. The first week I was there with him along with our dog. The room was clean and nice, and also on the first floor. It have been redecorated recently you could tell. This week when I booked us in, the desk clerk made me sign a pet waiver, even though I didn’t have our dog with us. It was on the second floor and was completely dirty and had not mattress cover on the bed. The room had old furniture, shower drain backed up when showering. 2 days out of the 3 he was there, there was coffee only no snacks.
We were planning on using this property for the next 3 weeks until our new house is ready to move into, but after this experience, we have moved onto another property.
The owner and management needs to evacuate this property seriously!!

Pros:

Bed was so comfortable. I witnessed staff harassing more than one customer. There was a group of 10 or more men in the parking lot smoking and drinking at 2 am until 5 am playing really loud music outside of my room I got little rest.

Dirty, GHETTO, can't use any sidedoor to smoke or walk dogs. Have to go in and out front door only. Too much ghetto. Cockroaches. Refrigerator did NOT work. Cold shower. Hot AC... Tried to cancel reservation immediately. No one would get back to me. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend. Wanted weekend relaxing getaway. My standards are pretty low, but they did NOT meet the lowest of expectations. Stayed here years ago... save your money. Go elsewhere. Disappointed, disgusted, resentful...
