STAFF WAS WARM AND INVITING FOR BOTH MY VISITS. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND VERY CLOSE AND EASY TO ACCESS FAMILY IN THE AREA AND HIGHWAY.

Mediocre, would not stay again even as friendly as the staff was.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly rooms were actually pretty comfortable. Beds were soft rooms stocked well.

Cons:

The property was not clean. The hallways were dirty corners of our room were dirty phone in the room really dirty and it just needed some maintenance. They have so much air freshener in that place trying to cover up, I’m not sure what but the air freshener is horrible. It is so overpowering and not a fresh set it’s just bad.

Spa out of order over month, dirty footprints in tub, popcorn and pretzels crumbs in hide a bed, not made up for 3rd guest that was paid for, ice maker made 10 ice cubes on 12 hours. Front desk noted no maintaince worker for property. Dirty bathroom floor and toilet. Only positive thing to say is early check-in and front desk girl was very nice and apologetic for condition of property for the price charged.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a ton of storage great for a long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its has a small but very nice 24hr gym with good equipment and the other plus is the laundry room is 24hr also.

Cons:

This particular room is all I can share about but I wish between guests they'd do more to neutralize odors from food cooked in the room #112 Ours was heavy on Vietnamese food smell. The other thing is this room had roaches at night coming from drains. Only saw 2 and killed each of them. I know they are a problem in this region and I was not really aware of them because of the lack of reviews. Everything was checked and washed so none came home with us.

Stay was not a disaster, but disappointed with some facility conditions.
Pros:

Room was clean.
Facility was fairly quiet.

Cons:

$5.00 parking fee to park in an open, ordinary lot. Didn't see any security that had to be paid.
I booked here specifically so that I could use the hot tub, but spa was out of service. Very disappointing.
Bath tub filled with 2 inches of water when shower turned on. Handle to turn shower on was stuck. Housekeeping should check these things regularly to ensure maintenance takes care of it.
When entering facility, you had to pickup phone to get front desk attendant to unlock door and let you into the main lobby. Felt like a security issue for the facility in general as if the neighborhood was bad. The Interstate is adjacent, so it made me speculate about whether they had experienced hold-ups in the past.
No breakfast.

Dirty room, smelled or cigarette smoke and deodorizer. Staff was wonderful though.
Pros:

The room was spacious with a large office area, a 24-hour gym, and laundry facilities. The front desk staff were wonderful in my interactions with them.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean. It looked like someone who had been rolling around the dirt and grass had sat on the armchair because large pebbles, an unidentifiable bunched up plant, and a bunch of straw-like pieces were spread all over it. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, with a stronger deodorizer trying to mask the smell.
