No breakfast offered. Check in office shuttered closed. No attendant as of 8 am when we left.
Everything could have been better.
There was a kitchen with a full size fridge and two burners
The place is filthy doesn't look well maintained at all broken stuff through out the room dog prints and brown water spots on the bathroom ceiling no to mention the hair stuck to the ceiling
It need a lot of upgrade
The lobby could be more cleaner and the front lobby door squeak a lot,the room as a kitchenette but you still have to pay$30 for a plate smh no utensils if you wanted to cook your own food, bed was uncomfortable. The toilet has no plugger no brush sink pipe seems it was fallen apart smh.
Clean room and bathroom. Strong wifi.

Location
Customer service was above and beyond; loved that staff was so welcoming and helpful. We traveled with our dog and was so happy with our experience. A lot of places say that they are dog friendly, but they truly are at this Extended Stay. Loved the location which was super close to the hospital where we had appointments.
The floors were a little worn, but such a minor detail considering the room was so clean including the tub and shower.
Great location by both the 17 and 101. Rooms are clean. Fair prices. Never to loud as far as normal hotel noise. Friendly staff I would highly recommend staying here
The only positive was the customer service at the front desk
As soon as we walked into the room it smelled.But then we also saw a roach in the bathroom immediately. And webs with what looked like eggs from moths.
There were coack roaches. They were crawling around in the bathroom and kitchen.
DO NOT consider this hotel. It has the appearance of a halfway house or transitional housing. Walked in and walked out. The rooms are barren and look like a really bad dorm room. They take pictures of every guests ID and lock down is at 10pm. Could not get out fast enough. Please understand, I do not give negative reviews unless I truly mean it!!!
