Location to the airport and the breakfast hostess. She was exceptionally helpful.
The room needed a refresh. It felt dated without intention. It was okay for one night not to have to drive 4 hours to the airport in the morning.
Usually, I do not complain about the staff, but this location was different, the front desk staff was not friendly.

the breakfast is not good. coffee needs to be stronger not like water. the sausages get dry the next day.

El encargado de recepción nos canceló la reservación ya estando en el hotel, porque no aceptó el pago de depósito e efectivo. y de muy mala manera. prepotente y burlesco quería que nuestras tarjetas de crédito tuvieran nuestro nombre impreso ¡CUANDO ES EVIDENTE QUE POR SEGURIDAD, LAS TARJETAS ACTUALMENTE NO TRAEN EL NOMBRE! Me identifiqué con mi pasaporte y mi ID ¡Y EL HOMBRE A FUERZAS CONFIABA MÁS EN UN NOMBRE SOBRE UNA TARJETA QUE EN MIS IDENTIFICACIONES!..LE MOSTRÉ EN LA APLICACIÓN EN MI CELULAR LOS DATOS DE LA TARJETA Y SEGUÍA NEGANDOSE!' Una empleada entró en nuestro auxilio preguntando porqué estaba siendo tan prepotente si tan solo unos minutos antes, había recibido a unos huéspedes su depósito SIN MOSTRAR ninguna oposición. No pude capturar su nombre, pero cuando pregunté por el Manager, la señora de limpieza me comentó¨¡QUE ÉL ERA EL ENCARGADO! COMO DESCRIPCIÓN, PODRÍA AGREGAR QUE SE TRATABA DE UNA PERSONA CON RASGOS ORIENTALES, DE TEZ BLANCA Y CON UNOS ARTIFICIALES PUPILENTES COLOR AZUL. QUE EVIDENCIABAN CLARAMENTE SU DERECHO A EMULAR EL COLOR DE OJOS DE OTRAS NACIONALIDADES QUE NO ERAN SUS ORIGENES, pudiera tratarse de personal con ascendencia japonesa e incluso, coreana. Pero sus acciones despectivas, ofensivas, burlescas, NO CORRESPONDERÍAN A HOTELES DE LA CADENA SPRING- HILL
LA FALTA DE VALORES, LA IRRESPONSABILIDAD, Y LA PREPOTENCIA DEL EMPLEADO A CARGO DE LA RECEPCIÓN. ES EVIDENTE QUE LA CADENA HOTELERA CAPACITA MUY MAL A SUS EMPLEADOS O BIEN, SUS SUPERIORES COMPARTEN ESA MISMA PREPOTENCIA DE TRATO. TENÍAMOS HECHA LA RESERVACIÓN CON VARIOS DÍAS DE ANTICIPACION Y YA ESTABA PAGADA. LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL ESTÁ JUSTO FRENTE AL ARIZONA MILLS, INGRESANDO POR LA BASELINE
