Best Western Tolleson Hotel

Old building, the room had a pungent smell of old wet dirt, I’m glad the room didn’t have carpet. Bathroom was clean and had really hot water. Pillows were not comfortable. However the room was spacious.

Stay here if you are attending a concert at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. They offer a free shuttle to the venue. You will enjoy a nice, safe, walk back. The rooms are perfect, staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is close to the bus stop also. One bus takes you back to central Phoenix. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast. It looked great. Thank you everyone for a most enjoyable stay. Short, but very sweet!

this was a good location for walking to the concert we attended, i just didn’t like that they had 1 elevator and it was at the other end of the hotel so if we didn’t want to walk up the stairs, we had to walk to the far end of the hotel and then once upstairs, we had to walk all the way back to the other side of the hotel where our room was. I also didn’t like how small the breakfast area was. there were tons of people who had to stand and eat or take their food back to the room due to not enough tables.
I’m not completely unhappy with the hotel, it’s just not a top hotel.

The room and breakfast was all fine. The only thing I disliked was the area - not the best part of town. Weird folks at all hours in the parking lot. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I was actually surprisingly pleased. That area of town is known to be a little rough around the edges. I only paid $95 for a king size room and it included a little couch area . It was clean and I never heard any noise. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for the Charlie Kirk Memorial. The room was very clean, bathroom vanity was big which was great. Large refrigerator and microwave was convenient. Breakfast was good. The only complaint is that when taking a shower the tub did not drain well so it held water until the water was turned off. Otherwise we will stay again and WE ARE ALL CHARLIE KIRK!!

The lady that was at the desk for our check-in & check-out was so friendly! Great options for the breakfast. Hotel itself could use some updating, but everything was in decent working order. I will definitely be staying here again especially when I'm going to a concert at Talking Stick Amphitheater.

Property was close to every shopping and dining area. Room can use a carpet upgrade or remove and replace with tiles. Overall, not a bad place would stay again.

It was a great place to stay! They offer free breakfast in the morning and the options were great! They also have a free shuttle for the guests which came very handy for me! I would stay here again, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
