One of the great old hotels in the American West. There is a unique and special feeling there. It's not a modern hotel with modern amenities but it is kept up to a high standard and very comfortable. There is a reason why I haven't been able to get a room there during the first week of February in the past 30 years. Visitors with my same schedule always return.
Disappointed
Burritos was dry😳
Menu just not so creative

The grounds and the library. The breakfast was reasonably priced for the area and very good. The piano bar was very nice on a Friday night.
Internet in Room 106 was terrible. In the library it was great.
Classic style for a century.
I have been going annually for 40 years.
Staff so gracious.
Nothing
Love the historic, old school, non-tower-style hotel! I stay in many hotels across the US and do not enjoy staying in towers.
Person above our room was getting their steps in from about 6am-8am and was contstantly walking around keeping us from sleeping. My husband performed at La Rosa that night and we did not get in for sleep until 1am so we had wanted to sleep in!
Beautiful property
We loved our room with patio and gas fireplace for our anniversary celebration. Dinner was excellent and ambiance and service exquisite. We checked out at noon and spent several hours relaxing on the grounds and watching birds. It was early December and few people were around… very special place!
Nothing
Beautiful grounds lovely rooms and the staff was great.

The Arizona Inn is beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
The tap water in the room tastes very bad. On our second day, bottled water was left in our room. That never happened again so when we returned each day, we would have to go to reception and ask for bottled water. On the Tuesday evening of our stay we ate at the Audubon Grill at the hotel. It seemed okay, but around 3:00 am we woke to stomach distress. We never chanced eating any other meals at the hotel. Our room was on the outer perimeter of the property. Half way through our stay, workers began renovating a couple of the nearby rooms beginning at 7:00 am. I was already up by then, but it still destroyed the ambiance we expected at the property. I mentioned these items to the desk clerk as we checked out. His response was Meh. So, I decided to make potential customers aware of the issues.
A lovely historic Inn. Gracious, beautifully run.
Charming. I’m a fifth generation Arizonan and it’s hardly changed since I stayed there with my parents in the 60s.
