Pros:

I made reservation through booking.com and I paid for the room for 2 nights but when I arrived to hotel they said they are sold out I don't know how that could happened I tried to rich out they said nothing they can do and they cancelled and told me I get my money after 12 days

Pros:

Muy buena opción para alojarse en Arcadia. Está muy cerca en auto del hipódromo de Santa Anita y el parking espacioso es un punto a favor para los que viajan en auto. El personal es amable y las habitaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que por el concepto del hotel, no se hacen las habitaciones a diario. Otro tema es que me tocó una habitación pegada a la autopista y se escuchaba el ruido de los carros. Nada que no fuese manejable.

Failed to meet expectations
Pros:

Beds were comfortable but would have preferred to have a room with 2 queen beds but they only had full size beds

Cons:

The facilities were old and run down and not clean. The kitchen was not stocked and when we requested dishes and pots/pans we were told there were none available and we would have to wait till noon for them to clean some which was not convenient when we had groceries to make breakfast. When I asked how we can get a refund for the other nights on our reservation, we were denied as we booked through a third party. However, once I requested a refund, they did manage to find dishes and a pot in the back. They claim to provide free breakfast but there were only granola bars and packaged muffins laid out on a table by the door. We also had to request shampoo, soap and a hair dryer. There were cameras recording everything at the front desk but the spare tire was stolen off of our rental car jeep during the night and they said they had no cameras outside in their parking lot.

Close to our event and the staff was nice

Cons:

Very dirty with bugs. Staff never available. The breakfast items were out within the first hour & not restocked.

Pros:

The picture online looked decent. It was not decent it was hot the air conditioner didn’t work the room was old and out dated as well as the beds. The hotel was infested with roaches, all kind in the front lobby we saw a see-through white roach outside in the door to come in from the side of the hotel we saw a few with wings . The carpet was disgusting and probably has never been changed or properly clean. The bathrooms are also outdated and to top it off the tub was clogged. I paid $150.00 dollars for one 1 and for this experience I could’ve gone to a motel and paid half the price.
