I really enjoyed my stay here. Front Desk were nice. The room was big and clean, comfy bed, good shower, big fluffy towels, big fridge/freezer & microwave, and I really like that they don't have aggressive daily housekeeping. I never understood housekeeping every single day. Addressing the folks who said they found bugs, first of all its summer, second, keep your space clean like its your mom's house and they don't come. :)

Cons:

You can't pick the guests. Not the hotel's fault. Someone broke and shattered glass in front of the trash room, and one fella got lippy with me on my last day because I walked past him minding my own business and he expected a chit chat.

Cons:

Hotel had roaches room was dirty and nasty maids didnt clean the floor hallways carpet was nasty walls dirty trash filled up in the front lobby was nasty and dirty.. need to shut that hotel down and do pest control

Ruben the Great
Pros:

Was checked into an older Gen room with carpet and it needed some maintenance done in other areas and Ruben at the front worked to ensure I was quickly accommodated and switched into a room with different flooring. I was told by another associate I would have to wait a week and that there was a slim chance of being able to switch, but Ruben remained steadfast and thoughtful and called me immediately when a room with different flooring was ready less than 24 hours later. Everytime I checked in, he remained optimistic that he would find a room while the other employee said they were too busy to make any changes and to just keep calling and checking in but unlikely. I didn't unpack any of my belongings holding on to the fact that Ruben was on the case. Grateful for his reliability and thoughtfulness!

The price, bed, kitchen in the room

Cons:

We found a cockaroach in the bathroom and had to kill it. No utilities like soap for handwashing or for showering. Fake advertisement of breakfast. Finally, the keycards didnt work.
