Great location with mid rooms.
Pros:

Location right on beach and boardwalk.

Cons:

Thin walls. Can actually hear a conversation from next door and from hallway. Loud slamming doors. Not much going on at the “fun zone” if you want dining options. Better off staying closer to Lido/lighthouse.

Wife liked the room. We are unhappy about pool and breakfast. Won’t stay again. High cost with poor service and ameni

Good location.

Cons:

Pool closed without any notice. Called about pool hours told by front desk it closed at 10pm. When wife and I went to the pool. It was locked. Listing showed breakfast included. It was a poor continental breakfast at best.

The bed was not comfy it seemed broken iron burn on end seat of bed. Couch was dirty lots of stains broken window crank no covers on bed lights Floors didn’t feel clean desk was broken

WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
Pros:

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this hotel is. Please, please read the reviews before booking. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. It is literally roach infested and the rooms are filthy and disgusting. It is a nightmare at any price. But they overcharge and also include a lot of hidden fees (resort fees, parking, etc). Also, be careful of third party scams! They act like they are at the front desk of the hotel and make promises that the hotel will never keep. Disinterested Hotel Manager that is rude and dismissive. You have been warned!

Lovely
Pros:

I had a lovely albeit short stay. I was so relaxed and contented I wish I could've stayed another night. In fact, I needed to leave at 7am but my evening was so nice I cancelled my plans, opened all the windows to let in the crisp Christmas morning air and lingered in bed til check out.
