Great hotel, close to amenities, restaurants and shopping
Pros:

Dog friendly hotel which we needed. Room was very clean and quiet even for being on the ground floor. Located right across the street from Folsom outlet stores.

Cons:

The pet fee was $75 per stay which is high but not as high as some other hotel chains.

Do NOT book this hotel!
Pros:

Avoid this hotel like the plague. There’s absolutely no sense of customer service at all. The rooms were filthy and the linens were not changed. The people at the front desk have absolutely no common sense. This is probably the worst Hilton Garden Inn that I’ve ever been to.

We will be contacting Booking for a refund. 3 ladies had to pack up and change rooms in out pajamas at 11pm.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t able to address noise issues after 10:30 pm full blast tv next door used by elderly customers and before 6:30 - 8:30am am 6 very loud young adults in the pool area outside our window.

Customer Service was excellent! Thank you, Alyssa! The bed was comfy and we loved the motorized window blinds. The safety bars (plentiful) and bench in the bath enclosure made bathing worry free.
