A good, budget friendly central Orange County place to stay
Pros:

The location was good; not too far from the freeway in central Orange County. There were many stores and restaurants within a 15 min. drive. The room was large and comfortable (king sized 1 bdrm). The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was friendly. There is lots of (paid, $7 day) parking. The area is safe.

Cons:

The charge for parking, especially since there is plenty of it. This feels like being "nickel and dimed". Also, the toilet paper was very thin. We were on the 2nd floor (of 3 floors) and we could hear the folks in the room above us (so ask for the top floor).

Pros:

It didn’t feel clean at all. This hotel needs to be remodeled. Even though the staff were doing their best to keep every corner of the hotel clean, it didn’t make much of a difference because the property is very old. The hallway carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

Общение на стойке регистрации было ужасным. С меня взяли деньги, депозит и за парковку, не дали ключи от номера, не дали чек, не заселили, вызвали полицию и обвинили что я неуважительно общаюсь. Ужас, деньги не вернули и не заселили и выгнали, прекрасно!

Great, will stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean and has great amenities. Kitchenette had everything needed, even dishwasher. Gym was clean. Was shocked to see laundry was free to use. Staff very nice.
