modest place in an ok location
Pros:

convenient access to food and 7-11. Cleaning service was not less frequent

Cons:

The wifi was horrible. Kitchen had no utensils. Probably can learn something how Sens furnishes and equips their rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Pillows too thin.

You could hear the showers around you. Being on the middle floor you could hear footsteps upstairs at times
