Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

They couldn't check me in, had to hold my CC all night at the front desk which had me worried, the place just isn't clean at all and looks worn down. The sheets, the towels everything just dingey. The rug when you walk in is so dirty.

modest place in an ok location
Pros:

convenient access to food and 7-11. Cleaning service was not less frequent

Cons:

The wifi was horrible. Kitchen had no utensils. Probably can learn something how Sens furnishes and equips their rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Pillows too thin.

A convenient location that has what is needed for a reasonable cost

You could hear the showers around you. Being on the middle floor you could hear footsteps upstairs at times
