Worst experience. Our car was broken into and staff was no help

When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. Even after connecting with support from Booking, the hotel would not honor our reservation because “they could not find it.” The front desk employee was unhelpful and incompetent. When we finally got a room (through the property reservation system itself) they charged us double because we got their after 11pm. The room reeked of cigarettes and we had to request another room.

Doable if you just need a place to sleep. Clean and comfortable, no amenities.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to where we needed to be in the city. Everything was clean. The beds were fairly basic but comfortable. Staff was kind.

Cons:

Everything is very basic. No toiletries in the room (although you could ask for shampoo at the office), no hair dryer. The breakfast was just oatmeal packets, granola bars and muffins. I thought it very odd that every adult traveling with us (4) had to present their IDs upon checkin.

Very comfy. Surrounded by trees for privacy from main road noise. It was great for the price
Pros:

Staff very friendly. She allowed me to check in way earlier than 3p. The room was clean bed was comfy and clean. Just what I needed for an overnight stay

Cons:

Nothing really bothered me. It was close to Walmart for shopping I needed and fast food restaurants for food. So there’s nothing bad I would say about this property this is also my second time here

Cons:

Everything else was not as described. Room was dirty and in need of general cleaning and repairs. Floor and bathroom and kitchenette were grimy and overall poorly maintained. For the price, I expected at least clean. Front desk girl was rude and did not greet or even have basic customer service skills. Seemed we bothered her when she had to get up to check us in. We were not told about breakfast so we missed it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
