The location

Overall the hotel was nice. The clerks are super friendly. I got my room and noticed the hallway wasn't cleaned. There were chips and white stuff all over the floor and by my room. Not really giving it much thought because it was late. The room was nice in size but I wasn't thrilled about the shower. It still looked dirty. The water doesn't drain properly and it was like standing in dirty water while showering. The hallway was never vacuumed the next day either. There was a piece of broken glove on the side of the nightstand. The hallway by the elevators wasn't cleaned as well.

Pros:

Location, staff

Cons:

Place looked great in photos but the cleanliness was severely lacking. Blood stained comforter, crumbs or debris on the carpet in the corner and the bathroom shower looked like it was rusting at the base. Bandaid on the elevator floors, mud and even some lettuce. Location was amazing, limited staff wa super fire fly but the management must SUCK to let the place get to that condition.

Very nice selection for breakfast. A very nice perk for my stay. Plenty of comfortable seating as well.

Cons:

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included. Staff were friendly. Located in a convenient area. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, but it is too hot in Palm Springs to not have air conditioning in the room. We tried and it was too hot in the room. We could also hear our neighbor's room AC turn on, as the units are so loud. It was out of sync with ours so we were constantly disturbed. The sink was also clogged with a very slow drain. These things can be fixed or upgraded and if they are in the future then this would be a great place to stay as the accommodations are indeed very nice.

Pros:

So close to lots of restaurants and the living desert zoo. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The pool was also great. The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious.

it was ok for one night stay.
Pros:

location and staff. nick was a very nice young man at the front desk, very cordial and helpful.

Cons:

Our room had a small like pee and humane moist, the sofa had weird stains. My kids started making jokes, saying maybe some one fled the room right before we got there. I was tired to ask us to be moved.

Pros:

Die Lage war direkt gegenüber eines Walmart. Die Größe des Zimmers, das geräumige Bad.

Cons:

Beim Check-In hätte der Empfang mitteilen sollen, dass 20$ vom Konto als Kaution gebucht werden. Beim Nachfragen konnte erst keine Auskunft darüber gegeben werden. Die Rückerstattung dauerte 10 Tage.

Location great, but Internet connection issues
Pros:

We chose this hotel for the location and we are Marriott Rewards Members. Be mindful of the location of the room. We prefer the top floor away from the elevators. The only room available was on the end of the building and handicap room, we thought no problem. HOWEVER, the corridor goes on and on and on as it is not a straight line the building curves. Yes, we wanted to be away from the elevators but it was a bit much. BTW it was room 345.
Negatives: 1. I read reviews beforehand and thought well, everyone has different expectations. They were spot on. The internet was not. It was so bad, we could not connect the 5 days we were there. I asked for assistance but they felt it was my laptop that was the culprit.
2. Breakfast was not the best. Cold items and the waffle maker and toaster were the only good thing offered. The hot items dishes were awful and not appetizing. There were reviews about the breakfast by previous posts and I should have listened to them. Go to French Bakery across the street. I wish I would have found that restaurant sooner and not eaten at the hotel as all.
3. In the room we stayed in, the lighting was not great. Especially by the wardrobe closet. A light above or in the wardrobe needs to be installed. It was so dark in that corner it was hard to see the clothes in there.
4. Bed was a bit too soft for us. We like a firmer bed.
5. Ice Machine in the lobby was out of order for a couple days.
6. The A/C was so loud, The only time it was bearable was if it was on low. We wanted it on high as it did not get below 80 degrees at night while we were there. Daytime highs were 102 to 103. Again the A/C issue was also mentioned in other reviews.
Positives: 1. Free Parking
2. Location was great for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby.
3. The employees at the desk and even the computer tech guy were all friendly.
4. Pool area was nice and the workout room was big. You can refill your water bottle in there even if you are not working out.
Would we stay here again. NO. We were put off by the room issues and the internet connection was so bad. Actually NONE at all. Even had spotty connection on our phones. After reading reviews prior to, we should have passed on staying since everything that was an issue for them was an issue for us as well.

Ok for an overnight stay for work but was disappointed with dirty bathroom floor.
