Good value for your money.
Pros:

Only had coffee at breakfast.
The front desk is always pleasant and helpful when I've stayed at this hotel.
The beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice. Plenty of room for two people.

Cons:

The shower head was very tough on the skin, and we could not find a way to adjust the shower head.
Maintenance needs to check the diffuser in the bathroom; the water hardly came out. The refrigerator was iced up in the back, but it did work.

I'd stay again with no hesitation
Pros:

The location was perfect! The room was layout was comfortable and so was the bed. I really like that it had a fridge in the room.

Cons:

A cricket got in my room because I was on the ground floor and there is a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. That thing blended so well with the carpet I couldn't catch it. I gave up and went to bed. Also the ice machine was on the other side of the hotel. That was a slight inconvenience.

The location was perfect because it was just around the corner from where we were having an event

Cons:

The shower in our bathroom leaked water from under the shower door onto the bathroom floor. We had to use all of the extra towels to dry it up. The told the guy when I checked out on Saturday morning but honestly it seemed like he didn’t care

Ein erstklassiges, moderneres Hotel mit herausragendem Service und hohem Wohlfühlfaktor!
Pros:

Sehr modernes, extrem sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Die Suiten sind sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten extrem bequeme Betten. Das kostenlose Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen – für einen Zwischenstopp in Palm Desert war alles perfekt!

L hôtel est à rafraîchir, le papier peint des couloirs se décolle, du Scotch le maintient, la moquette des couloir est sale, la piscine est trouble et sale, pas de bulle au spa, transas sales, bâtiment mal géré.
