The room lacked lighting, there were no ceiling lights and it felt like floor lamps may have been missing which would have given additional lighting. The air-conditioning unit was positioned badly adjacent to the bed and blew cold air into the face of whoever was sleeping on that side of the bed. The overall feel of the hotel was a bit soulless, especially the lobby.

Key card wasn't functioning when I tried to leave pool area. Had to get assistance.

No hot water during my stay. The shower was gross looking, the rest of the room was nice. I wouldn’t feel clean after showering even if I could shower. They didn’t do about having no hot water, just offered points. At check in they told me it would be working in a hour or so. That was not true.

The property didn’t have hot water due to a plumbing issue. I’m really not bothered by the fact that I had to shower in cold water, but I am bothered by the fact that the hotel and the staff went to no lengths to make it right. Changing my stay an hour ahead of check in with no cost is really not an accommodation.

The pool even on a hot week was ice cold - amenities stated heated pool - the jacuzzi was cold had to go inside to ask management to get it hot and working. The room was ok - the couch was filthy asked for linens to cover it and do my grandsons to use as it converted to a bed. The barn door to the bathroom was a bad design too small for the opening literally left a large gap on either side and not good when sharing a room with your grandsons.

Everything in the room was damaged, the shower tile had a huge crack and the TV did not work even after the maintenance tried for 1 hr to make it work. The GM Hernandez was rude and did not want to change our room, so we were forced to find a different hotel.

The couch was dirty and stained. There was no WiFi so the TV didn’t work. We were planning on staying in because we were going to the Living Desert early. Instead we just left and realized when we came back I the air conditioning did not work. I feel the stay should be refunded or at least a credit but nobody has responded to my complaints. It was a terrible experience.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. They initially placed me directly across from a 24 hour gym, and the noise throughout the night was nonstop, it was nearly impossible to sleep. I understand that room assignments can be limited when a hotel is close to capacity, but when I asked if there was any possibility of switching rooms, the staff were quite dismissive and unhelpful. I only managed to get a new room after making a second request.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The room was not very clean, I found someone’s dried contact lens on the floor, and the bed did not appear freshly made. I truly hope no one had slept in it before me, but the condition made it seem that way. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned even once during my stay.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend avoiding this hotel if possible.

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr in diesem Hotel und damals sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr wurden unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Im Zimmer funktionierten weder Licht noch Klimaanlage richtig, und auch der Aufzug war defekt – insgesamt wirkte das Hotel etwas vernachlässigt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Pool während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen blieb, ohne dass wir vorher informiert wurden. Auf Nachfragen gab es nur ausweichende Antworten, und das Personal zeigte keinerlei Bereitschaft, eine Lösung oder Alternative anzubieten. Positiv sind zwar der faire Preis und die gute Lage, insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber leider enttäuschend.
