Cons:

Everything was great. We just didnt get to use the TV. I have kids. So TV isn't important for me. But it is a necessity for my kids. I had to go out of my way to go get my laptop. And even that was frustrating because it took a really long time to connect the wifi. It said to put my room number,last name, and connect. Come to find out I used my first name on the last name slot. Then it connected. Just frustrating.

Just seeking a refund for one night.
Cons:

Sadly the property wouldn't refund me for the one night I booked. My house burned down in a fire that day. Hoping they still have a chance to make it right.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gave us an early check in and we asked for a quiet room and it was.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were awful
The pool was not clean, but that's because they were under construction. It was very convenient to the venue
at the College of the Desert.

An outstanding value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable stay, super friendly staff, they do a lot to make your stay comfortable and are exceptionally welcoming. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe near by. The breakfast was excellent.

Good for a night's stay
Pros:

Location was good, very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and modern. Good breakfast

Cons:

The room lacked lighting, there were no ceiling lights and it felt like floor lamps may have been missing which would have given additional lighting. The air-conditioning unit was positioned badly adjacent to the bed and blew cold air into the face of whoever was sleeping on that side of the bed. The overall feel of the hotel was a bit soulless, especially the lobby.
