Clean , booked on time
Clothes were stolen
The bathroom was clean and there were clean sheets on the bed.
The room smelled like old food. There wasn't the minimal amenities like a coffee pot or ice/vending machines. The bed was fairly uncomfortable/cheap and the water in the bathroom was luke warm at best.
The location is great. The staff was great and very helpful.
I didn't like that when I got my room and went to it, there was someone still in it. When I went to let them know they gave me what they had available which was a down grade from what I paid for. Then I was taken to another room and it was ok, not what I had when I came the last time.

Location was ok. Parking lot well lit. Staff was excellent.
Odd smell in hallways and room. Barking dogs on occasion. Kitchen odd set up with refrigerator door difficult to open as it opened the wrong direction ..was strange.
We never got the WiFi, had to use our personal hot spot. Asked the front staff and they made me clap the support number even tho that’s their job. Never even got the WiFi after all that.
The floor was dirty. Had to ask for shampoo and a hair dryer.
