I liked the location
I stayed here before and it was cleaner before.
Location was good
Door was very hard to open. The breakfast was cereal or make yourself waffles. That's it.
Great location.
The "free breakfast" was only 2 type of cereal and make you own waffles and only 2 machines to make them. Too long of a wait and no other options.
The staff was wonderful and extremely kind and helpful
This property does not match the pictures. The room was more than rundown. The security lock was falling off the wall, the furniture was broken or missing pieces, unusable, and the area around the property did not feel safe for a family.
The key cards didn't always work well. The breakfast was at a minimum, cereal, a waffle maker, coffee, tea and juice. Housekeeping only serviced your room every third day of your stay. They could have least removed your garbage! Location was good. There was a bus stop across the street that took you to Old Town Transit Center. There was a shopping center across the street, and a Walgreens on the corner.

Dirty and in a bad area
Location is great and conveniently located across the street from Eistein Bagels which is great because we ran across after discovering the dismal breakfast offered that consisted of bran cereal, fruit loops cereal and waffles. That's it. No protein or fruit. This to me doesn't constitute breakfast. Sorry.
The "free breakfast".
Location
I was charged twice. My card was supposed to be authorized for incidentals only, but instead there were two charges totaling over $300. At the time I checked in, my room had already been paid in full, so these charges were unexpected. When you’re on vacation, an extra $300 being held or charged makes a big difference.
Nothing
Old run down property. The door to the room would stick when opening and the bolt latch didn’t work since it didn’t line up properly. Door to restroom was broken. Latch was sticking out sideways and would scratch you or snag your clothing. Stairs wobbly. Had people part in a lot that didn’t have an exit so you had to try to turn around in the very small lot with cars all around. Staff were rude and didn’t help. They changed my door key so I couldn’t get into my room because the person next to me checked out. Even though they called twice to confirm I wasn’t checking out that day. Also I asked for towels at the front desk and said don’t worry about cleaning the room just need new set of towels. After check out time I called about the towels and they said they made a note. Then when I returned at 5pm they still hadn’t brought the towels. So I called again. The front desk said they would bring some since housing cleaning staff had left already. 3 hours later I got out towels.
The girl in the front was rude and they did not come in and change linen till my last day there of a 5 day stay and would not provide clean towels only 2 times out my whole stay there
