Horrible experience run as far away from this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. It was not what the photos experienced. If I would have known how bad this place i would have a 100 bucks more to stay at the Hilton or the Marriott. This place reminded me of a motel 6.

Cons:

The customer service was horrible from the moment I checked in. The representative seemed like she didnt like her job. I asked for a non smoke free room. Instead they came into the room and sprayed a spray to get rid of the smoke smell instead of giving me a new room. Also the doors in the room were hard to open and i almost got stuck in the restroom because the door does not function correctly.

Bed was good and we were able to sleep. Would not spend much time on property.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Centrally located to all areas we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Shower leaked. Dresser was unusable- there were no drawer handles. Microwave was usable, but sat on a broken shelf. Pool was not cleaned.

La atención del personal, muy apáticos, ni siquiera te voltean a ver cuando te atienden, creo que sería importante que hablarán español también.

The hotel is nothing what it was described on the app very disappointed

The property was very dirty needs a lot of maintenance. The staff was also not the greatest. I had to call four times just to get some towels to shower. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or come back to it a total disappointment.

Comfortable beds, roomy, and close to SeaWorld—would stay again.
Pros:

This was the 2nd time staying here, and it was a much better experience this time. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are nice & roomy. The location is great—a little rough around the edges, but there’s plenty nearby (food & stores) and it’s only a few minutes from SeaWorld. I'll definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The area does have quite a bit of homelessness, so the area around the hotel can feel a bit sketchy, especially in the evenings, but the comfort and convenience makes up for it.

Definitely did not look anything like the pictures that it was advertised for the wording. It was really a yucky hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The road was dirty. The shower was yucky and the wall behind the toilet was bubbling, and the breakfast was pretty much nonexistent.
