The room was comfy, quiet and dark, just what I needed after a long travel day
They put a hold on my card, I paid with a gift card and 5 days later the hold on my card is still pending
Quiet and convent location
Location and staff behavior
I believe the rooms are a bit overpriced.
What a great hotel! I had an East Coast time zone early AM meeting and they set up a meeting room for me so I did not bother my sleeping family. The restaurant was nice and clean!! Great place to stay.
The person at the front desk was rude when I inquired about the room rate. I was surprised how I was treated as a guest of the hotel. I would never go back to this hotel because of the poor customer service.
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom/entry which made it a very quiet stay.
The bed was too soft for my liking.
It’s a very nice hotel.
As expected
There were no free breakfast options. The rooms are much smaller than other hotels we have stayed at. It was cramped for two people.
Beautiful room, cozy beds and the kids loved the pool. Very friendly service
The hot tub was out of service.
Not bad but not worth the price paid. Room was quite small but comfortable. No breakfast included, but there's a convenient Starbucks cafe in the lobby with a large variety of items (French toast, avocado toast, etc). Parking is gated and spacious.
Very clean room. Wonderful service & employees.
Disappointed that the hot tub was closed.
I wanted to love this hotel, especially after all of the positive reviews. And seeing as though it has such a high rating. But my stay was just so-so.
I realize these are first world problems, but I had paid for an upgraded room to have a better view, though at no point during check-in was I informed that painting was taking place and the windows were covered with tarps during my entire stay. I was not offered a refund for the extra fee I had paid.
The bed and pillows were absolutely Heavenly, but what other reviews have failed to mention is how small the rooms are.
This wouldn’t be an issue, except the beds are standard size, which left hardly any room to walk around with ease. My shins are all bruised up from this.
The staff though, they were incredible and so very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy. I usually stay across the street at the Hyatt regency and I just tried this place out for the first time and it was noisy. I was on in room number 232. I don’t know if it was because of the family or people staying above but early in the morning heard a lot of running around and yelling also like two times throughout the night heard a weird train sound or siren type sound I don’t know if the train station is close by this place. also in the morning heard a lot of movement outside of the room not sure if it was the housekeeping or people coming in and out of the stairs, which the room was next to also. Also, the smell was questionable throughout property
