Pros:

The staff was excellent. Anything I needed for my extended stay they provided to the best of their abilities, often going out of their way for me and I’ve seen them do the same for other guests. Very kind and competent staff that you can tell genuinely cares about the guests and their experience.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty upon my arrival as if the only thing done to clean the room between guests was to take out the trash and change the bedding. The floors were very gross and the kitchen had residue all over the counter top, cabinets, walls and stove. Before I cleaned the floor myself my feet/socks would be brown when I walked on it.

Very homey and pleasant
Pros:

This place is amazing. We felt at home during our stay. Very accommodating and professional. Very clean, nice rates, friendly staff and management. On a bus line, close to shopping and restaurants. I recommend this place to a quick and of course, an Extended Stay.

Comfortable despite being a hotel room.
Pros:

I have been staying here for two months with my husband and baby while we buy a house. Everyone has been so sweet and understanding of the noise and joys of having a baby. Folks collect in the lobby for coffee and chatting in the morning. They have fish tanks in the lobby for my baby and they're upgrading the rooms even more.
The employees have given me advice, comfort, and is always ready for a chat or to say hi.
Oh also I have degenerative disc disease and scoliosis and somehow these beds don't cause a flare up which I had not yet experienced at a hotel.

Charged double for the room because of booking.com. Manager was unwilling to help in any way. no amenities in the room, not even a cup.. Duct taped lights. Foul odor in room. Windows leaked

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and nice and had everything you needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will always stay there anytime I'm in the area.

had a few minor issues such as staff accidentally keying into our room once without knocking (we were right next to the staff laundry room, so understandable mistake). facilities and breakfast offerings were pretty minimal, but overall it was a positive experience. the room and halls were very clean, rates were cheap, room included a full kitchenette, and the location was great. staff were also very polite and helpful, and allowed us to check in 2 hours early
