We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Reception was great, check in and check out was easy. Everything worked. Room was comfortable, liked that there was an extra sitting area/kitchenette/working desk area, and a separate vanity from the shower/toilet.
Also, the coffee and hot water offerings in the lobby was a plus! A short walk to the mall and restaurants and close proximity to the highway made it very convenient to travel. The breakfast buffet had many options.

Cons:

The only thing about our visit that I wanted to comment on re: an improvement, is that the hot food offerings on the breakfast buffet was cold: the pancakes, bacon and potatoes temperature wise were below lukewarm. I could not eat it.

Property was clean and had a nice view. It was quiet

Cons:

The furniture in the room.. light fixtures, toilet paper holder were not secure despite appearing that way. The TV was not a standard TV where you had a guide and had to push the channel button up and down..

Pros:

The hotel has been neglected and looks very different from the pictures that are provided. The entrance smelled strong of chlorine, the pool was green, the elevator was not vacuumed, the hallway smelled like a hospital. The room had stains and spots all of the couch, box spring covers, the ceiling over the beds. The bathroom has water damage. Biggest evidence was the tiles were coming off the floor. I left.
