There was no room service even after a week!
First they gave me a room that was occupied. I had to go back to front desk to point the mistake out, but I was worried that someone else could be given my room keys… after a few days of strong smell of eggs and fried food in my room, I was given another one… that reeked a bit less. The hall was always permeated by cooking smell. One night I arrived later and realized that anyone could enter the premises because the front door (which is supposed to only open with the room key card) had no lock at all and there was nobody at front desk, although I have called and called. I felt very unsafe.

The front desk customer service was fabulous, and they were very helpful and kind. And I couldn't recommend them higher they have to be the best.

Cons:

This hotel has a roach infestation problem. Upon arriving when we got our room there were a ton of roaches on the bed, kitchen counter, bathroom and floor. Then when we complained we received another room that smelled of smoke, mind you this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. This room also had several roaches.I use to frequent Sonesta hotels but after this experience I never will again. It made me want to stop doing hotels all together. Just disgusting. I was charged and told I would receive my money back but never got it back.

Will definitely be using again as I travel frequently to the area

I liked that it had a kitchen for cooking in. It was quiet and offered gym and wash facilities for my clothes . It was a perfect home away from home . Bed was extremely comfortable , room was very clean with no odors . I could not even tell if any pets had ever been in my room and did not even know they allowed pets until I saw a customer coming in with a pet crate It was very convenient to stores , restaurants and my family
