Notified hotel 3x that we would be late checking in. Arrived and used their phone to call for check in as directed. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!! Called corporate, called front desk, NO ONE EVER CAME TO LET US IN THE LOCKED FRONT DOOR! HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL & PAY AGAIN FOR A ROOM!
It was near the event I was attending
It smelled like cigarette smoke and animals everywhere. There needs to be separation of what rooms animals can be in and non-animal rooms - they should not be interchanged due to allergies and sanitary purposes. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where all rooms can be either or. Never. Supposedly there’s no smoking in rooms, but I had to buy a plug-in freshener for my room bc it was smelling so bad. People are absolutely smoking in these rooms. And there was a lingering marijuana scent in the hall. Cops were there every night as well. Absolutely will NEVER stay at this place again.
