I didn't realize simply suites meant no complimentary breakfast or pool. My stat was good overall. Please fix that b
Pros:

The location was good. My floor was clean but it was slippery from the cleaner. Staff was very friendly. The shower was great. Hot water and good pressure.
Super soft and white towels.😃

Cons:

The phone didn't work in the room so we couldn't call the front desk. I was in a Handi-cap room. The lock was broken on the back door so anyone could come in the building. When I reported it they said it's been broken. No urgency to fix. Missing pans to cook with. Missing coffee pot. (staff found coffee pot but not pans)

La habitación es cómoda, amplia

Cons:

No limpian ni arreglan el cuarto sino cada dos semanas. No habían sino dos tenedores y una cuchara en las cosas de cocina. No tenía secador de pelo, lo pedí y como era fin de semana no estaba el que tiene las llaves del cuarto donde los guardan. La basura de todas las habitaciones las depositan en un contenedor en el pasillo que no solo da mal aspecto, sino que huele fatal.

Not happy. Will never book here again.

Didn’t really like anything about it unfortunately.

Cons:

It doesn’t feel very safe when you first get to your room and there’s 2 additions locks on the door. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like you were sleeping on a cushion full of springs. The bathroom was extremely unpleasant, the shower floor was brown in color not white like it is supposed to be, the toilet broke and wasn’t able to flush the toilet properly, the water pressure was awful. It felt like it took 10 minutes just to get soap off of your body… The booking ad was great and then you get to the hotel and it was like you got catfished. It looked nothing like the pictures online. As soon as we walked into the room we contemplated leaving and just going to get a different hotel…
