What stood out the most was the staff professionalism and kindness. It was a pleasant experience, timely courteous and very helpful. Yes the hotel was extremely clean, and the room was very pleasant. The directions were clear and precise, I I used my car GPS. I was very pleased with the many restaurant in the area. I was pleased that everything I need was with 10 minutes driving distance. It was not far from where I was purchasing a new vehicle. The only thing I would recommend is a little less pricey breakfast.
Great stay, great location not too far from the city, great staff especially Duwy!! She is the bomb personality and drinks.
Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent, and everything is clean and well-maintained. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.
The hotel is clean and everyone working there is so so friendly.
The room are comfortable.
And the hotel lobby bar- restaurant has few options but all delicious.
Good
I’ll never stay here again they allow ICE to stay here. I’m sure this is an independently owned hotel and they should know better. Stay clear!
Dinning other than breakfast was unavailable, no sidewalks away from site made taxi or Uber a must to go even somewhere close.
As a guest, I was disappointed that I was charged $8 a night to park my car. How did you expect me to get there?
Ok for a quick overnight stay. I must of misread the information because it was not free breakfast and they charge $17 per person if you want the buffet breakfast. I wasn't going to pay that much for 2 people for a hotel breakfast and also I wasn't aware of the $8 parking fee.
The bathroom was also smaller than I anticipated but everything else was nice. Nice and fast A/C unit, comfortable bed, front desk was pleasant, the hotel overall was quiet, the room was totally dark even when the sun was rising.
Great suburban location within a mile of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clearly tied in with the adjacent event center. For a Hilton Garden Inn, the room was well updated and clean, with a comfortable bed. That is about where the positives ended. The lobby is extremely dated, with worn benches and stained carpets. The bar is partly a serving table also used for breakfasts.
Speaking of breakfast, it was one of the most disappointing I have experienced. The $17 buffet was Hampton Inn bread products plus eggs, turkey sausage, and some crepes. I haven’t stayed at an HGI since the pandemic, so I’m not sure if the made to order food that used to come with the buffet is gone chainwide, but this certainly wasn’t worth the money.
To top it off, the hotel charges $8 for parking in a surface lot and did not ask me if I had a car (I did not). I had to ask them to remove at check-out.
Great place to relax
The check-in process was slow as only one person was working at the front desk creating a bug waiting line. Also, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Other than that, the room was very clean.
The room was clean and it was stocked with their amenities, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion etc
It was easy to get clean towels and additional tissue!
The only thing was parking fees.
Ok, experience. Nice neighborhood. The $20 breakfast isn’t great but good. My TV never worked. I asked about it twice and nothing happened. The bar was a nice surprise. Friendly staff. Parking $8 was unexpected
Away from the city. Great parking. Nice and clean.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. The elevators were both dirty, but my room was super clean. I would stay there again.
Clean, well kept, well priced, and well located for easy access to several west suburbs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
Its all good.
The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I liked that they had a nice gym and pool. I was disappointed that they had no complimentary breakfast and we had to pay to park.
My bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept, the shower had long stringy hairs on the wall prep that wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and breakfast cost $17 for a basic breakfast that is usually free I won’t be coming back to this Hilton
