Really the staff were very helpful, they helped to get wifi sorted although the connection was fair
The staff helped to arrange a taxi and guided us throughout. Glad you got a really good staff.

Cons:

It was really hot inside the room, would be great if you could turn it on a bit earlier if you got a time of check in
Also it would be really helpful if there is Wifi facilities inside the room as well .

Ok , could be better
Pros:

So much maintenance needs to be done , we had a bad bathroom then changed rooms which was fine but the bath tub wasn’t very great and the tub always took sooooo long to drain out was quite disgusting if I’m being honest.
I also traveled with my 1yr old baby , if the pool wasn’t so filthy we would’ve stayed in it longer but due to the filthiness I didn’t want my baby to get sick from the water.
Otherwise the staff were absolutely amazing , always done what they could for us during our stay however I do believe that was purely because of the state of the facilities.
If not then thank you sooooo much for being beautiful people.
Despite the obvious in most reviews I’ve read my little family and I made do with what we had

Last resort.
Pros:

The staff, the easy check in and the upgrade to pool area and facilities for kids

Cons:

The access to rooms, more so the safety of walking over pavers to get to your room. Also the water pressure is like a dripping tap, can’t really shower properly and the lack of cleanliness in bathroom, bed sheets and pillows stained.

Unclean, scary surrounding area, would rather not come back ever.
Pros:

Check in staff was friendly and when asked about the restaurant was happy to deep fry the options that were available to us after a long day of snorkeling and being out to sea. The Fanta drinks were cold that was nice. The air conditioner in the room worked.

Cons:

The room was small but fine as we were only staying overnight one night. The sheets on the bed looked unclean and we were afraid of bed bugs so we slept on top of the sheets with the few items we had brought with us for coverage and comfort. The bathtub was even scarier looking. We opted not to shower even though we had spent the day at the beach. When our driver dropped us off he told us not to leave the area of the hotel because it wasn’t safe so we stayed out and left in the morning again when we needed to make it to port for another outing. The food wasn’t very good but we didn’t get sick so that was a bonus. The feeling of back alley danger was consistent with how the whole 15 hours of our stay was. Would not recommend this place to anyone I wanted to feel safe away from their friends or family.

The hotel isn’t near anything so you need taxis to get around. The bathroom window was broken and made of plastic so there was a hole in it allowing bugs through.

it was very good and healthy atmosphere surrounded with beautiful garden.

the hotel itself was beautiful, clean and quite place to relax and rewind, only was too far from shops and NADI centre.

We had to change room twice- 1st room had mosquitoes breeding in it, 2nd room the aircon was dripping with water non stop and my daughter who is 1 year slipped on it. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Utter disappointment.
Pros:

Check in at 6.30 a.m.
Greenery around pool

Cons:

Mould in the room and bathroom.
A definite health hazard.
Bath tub and surround - a disaster.
Obstacle course to get to room or walk on sand to get to room. No doormat.
Nothing FANCY about this dump.
Will not even come close to a 2 star by Western standards.
