I pasti si sono rivelati buoni e il personale molto gentile e accogliente.
Al nostro ritorno per la seconda notte, invece, abbiamo trovato la camera e il bagno perfettamente puliti e in ordine. Il personale si è confermato estremamente disponibile e cordiale: ci hanno trattato davvero con grande attenzione, permettendoci di restare nella struttura anche dopo il check-out e aiutandoci a prenotare il taxi per il ritorno in aeroporto, l’ospitalità delle persone fa sicuramente la differenza.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti a distanza di una settimana. Durante il primo soggiorno, purtroppo, la camera e il bagno non erano particolarmente puliti.

Pas d’eau dans la salle de bains, les draps ne sont pas changés. Le personnel est désagréable et agressif. L’hygiène est à revoir !!

Staff and location perfect only room need some upgrade esp the one i was staying in.
Pros:

Location and surrounding, great for unwind break and vocation as it quiet. Staff are so friendly and helpful..extraordinary staff...

Cons:

Room is great but only need some renovation esp toilet window and bed sheet worn out.

Lady that checked us in was very nice

Cons:

Toilet was leaking dirty water and would tip when sat on. Sink was dirty and bath/shower was not able to be used as it was caving in when stood on. We have since tried to contact the property regarding this through booking.com but they have just ignored us.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

That location was close to city and airport

Cons:

Rooms was semi clean, bathroom sink tap had slow flow, bath/shower was old and dirty, bottled waters to our rooms should be sent each day but wasn't, we had to remind staff which at times get the look of annoyance and toilet paper. We had to ask for room service otherwise our room wouldn't be cleaned with new sheets & if it did the bathroom and toilet was never cleaned which is something I detested so made my stay even more uncomfortable. Also hotel had own laundry but we couldn't use it, staff only so that was disappointing. Hotel requires a lot of up dating, outdoor pool needs to be checked and cleaned by staff which I haven't seen while staying there and that was concerning because had my son and his cousins swim in pool and that worried me, a feeling I shouldn't have when on holiday.

It needs maintenance and repair.
Pros:

I didn't like anything it was smelling bad, The rooms were full of mosquitoes and beds also smelled bad. Washroom door broken

I didn't stay there so I checked out within an hour. Because of the condition.
