SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta

Arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the night audit was helpful, and the staff was pleasant and inviting, the breakfast was amazing and had many options. We enjoyed our first trip to Atlanta, and the hotel made it better

Wonderful customer service. We love the location and have decided the last few years to make this our "go-to" for our yearly anniversary trip.

Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was fine. Room checked all the Springhill Suites boxes. Downside: I feel the room was poorly remodeled. Paint work is pretty amateurish with paint on the trim, wall plates, etc. There is no towel bar near the open portion of the shower. The open show gets the floor all wet. Of course that is the only place to put a towel. The toilet paper holder and in-shower baskets are loose. You can’t see the TV (extra small) from the relocated work desk. Sad to say, I’ll look for a different hotel on my next trip to Alpharetta. I appreciate the quality of the staff at your hotel, but I need a better functioning room.

Where do I begin? It was a loud obnoxious beeping noise at the front desk as I waited for my husband to park the car the rooms were very, very outdated and shaped. Oddly, the television was in a weird position. We had to break our necks in order to watch TV the television did not work appropriately. He had to get up to turn the volume by hand. The bed was sunken in, and they had the nerve to put a topper on top of the mattress, instead of getting a new one, the heat banged off and on every 10 minutes, the worst sleep of my life!!!!!!

Quietness

Check in and check out was easy. Room was clean, breakfast was okay. Makayla was nice and friendly.

Excelent and accomadations.
Only one thing. When we made the booking online, the option we choose among 3, was the one offering late check out @ 2pm. But when we arrived at the front desk, the attendant didn't now about that, and the best he could gave us was 1pm.
Bisides this, we had a great experience staying there.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! In a good location as well as there were plenty of stores nearby.

This hotel is ok . Nothing special but nothing really bad either. Their is a walmart , target , plenty of other places to shop and many restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel. It has easy access to the express way. The hotel is clean enough. I liked the walk in shower. The staff was ok. I've met more friendly staff members at other hotels but the ones at this hotel didn't do anything out of line. One issue we had was as we were leaving in the morning we found the elevator wasn't working. We had to take the stairs down to the lobby. We had light small carry on suit cases so it wasn't a huge deal. I told the desk clerk about it and she had the the elevator fixed in 2 minutes. This must be a common problem they have because she knew how to fix it so quickly and I've read the same things on other reviews. I see no reason not to stay at this hotel.

Location very convenient, rooms super clean, very quiet, breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly also service was excellent

Staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast had many options including gluten free. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel is tired and my room needed updating. i would not stay there again...........................................

Great location, terrific breakfast and efficient and friendly check in/checkout staff all at a fabulous price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Nice staff and everything went smooth. Be careful as the elevator did not work at night. Breakfast was ok. No fruit or yogurt smh
