Front desk manager, extremely rude, had to pay to get fresh towels. I paid over $500 for a week stay, I believe I should have been able to swap out my used towels for fresh towels without paying an extra fee.. the room has a kitchen with stove, but they dont provide any dishes, not even a cup or spoon.
