Not somewhere I would stay again
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location and appreciated you could wash your clothes for free, and free parking

Cons:

The hotel needs to be renovated; carpets need to be cleaned, vents are dirty, rusted mirrors, the room upon entering had a stale/musty smell.

Great place to start over.
Pros:

The location was great. If you are also looking for an apartment nearby there are a ton of options.

Cons:

The gym could have been a bit better and their carpet definitely needs to be replaced.

I paid a night's rate for a wak through.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The smell from the renovation and cleaning was so strong - we could not stay. Because of the cancel policy we didn't get even half of our money back. Had to leave with no place to stay. Elevator was also broken.

A great dog friendly hotel
Pros:

I love that it is pet friendly, I love the price for the time and amenities. I love that it is very close to shops etc. I love that I can wash clothes for free or workout anytime and get packages delivered. One staff member, Danielle is very friendly, informative, helpful, and just a joy to be around. Although the other staff were just as polite, she seemed to go the extra mile. Housekeeping is amazing with Ms. Theresa in charge and the maintenance is a pleasure as well.

Cons:

I don't like the excessive dog feces because guests are not held responsible for cleaning up after their pets. I don't like that the rules are not enforced for people constantly propping the door open. There are cameras on property that allow them to see who is doing what so it should be enforced. There was also a nasty chair in my room that was full of stains, I hate fabric furniture in publicly shared places. I covered it with a towel and kept bags in it so I didn't have to sit in it. Thankfully there was another leather chair I cleaned and was able to use
