Highly unsatisfactory experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THAT LOCATION!!!!

The manager was very unpleasant and insensitive to my partner and I. My partner is a retired disabled Vietnam veteran who recently had a kidney removed and the manager (Tracey Ambrose) said to me that he didn't want any dead bodies in his hotel and asked us to vacate the property. After the first night I stayed I noticed several red, itchy insect bites on different areas of my skin, when I brought it to his attention and showed them to him and another staff member they looked at me with no concerns or resolution and did nor said ANYTHING to offer a solution or even a room change. One of my clients paid for me another room and when I made attempts to get information regarding my checking into the room the same manager (Tracey Ambrose) was very dismissive and offered no assistance to help me locate my reservation and check into the paid for room. I never got to stay in the room and couldn't get a refund or explanation of any kind. I was constantly harrassed about payments even when I had paid already online and finally I was told by the manager Tracey Ambrose that "I don't care if it was a hurricane, I want to out tomorrow." Because my payment didn't process. Although I observed him tell other guests that they could pay when they got the money. I wasn't asking for any preferential or special treatment just understanding and to be treated with respect. I have never been so offended and humiliated. So now, instead of my partner being able to rest and recover he's up worried and having to walk the streets in attempt to seek refuge. I really hope my feedback is given to higher management and he is held accountable for his distasteful and down right rude behavior. Also they seem to have a pest infestation that should be addressed immediately
