Nice hotel
Pros:

Greetings- the hotel was clean and the check-in process was easy. We stayed on the second floor and I believe there was a kids event in the area. It was a noise above over room and in the hallway. Our room needed a refresh - new wall paper and minor updates to the bathroom. The outside needs a good overall makeover too.

The facility was clean and well designed.

Cons:

Somebody knocked on my door before I was about to check out on my reservation. It says check out before 12. It was not after 12; it was around 10 am. If you want guests to check out at a specific time, that should be specified before the reservation is made. I really wish somebody hadn't knocked on my door, because I feel like that ruined my whole experience. It feels like I'm being rushed out, and I shouldn't be. I paid to stay at this place, which really bothered me.

We checked in at 9:15 Thursday evening… the manager obviously was unprepared for the demand of incoming guests … the desk clerk was away, allegedly assisting other guests… no assistants… after a long day of travel, we were forced to wait 15 -20 minutes or more… unacceptable … unprofessional … unforgivable !
