The facility was clean and well designed.
Somebody knocked on my door before I was about to check out on my reservation. It says check out before 12. It was not after 12; it was around 10 am. If you want guests to check out at a specific time, that should be specified before the reservation is made. I really wish somebody hadn't knocked on my door, because I feel like that ruined my whole experience. It feels like I'm being rushed out, and I shouldn't be. I paid to stay at this place, which really bothered me.
We checked in at 9:15 Thursday evening… the manager obviously was unprepared for the demand of incoming guests … the desk clerk was away, allegedly assisting other guests… no assistants… after a long day of travel, we were forced to wait 15 -20 minutes or more… unacceptable … unprofessional … unforgivable !
This was a terrible experience. My daughter and 88 year old mother were turned away by hotel staff claiming they did not have a valid reservation even though they had a printed confirmation with them. The staff at the desk was rude and even told my mother that " it was not their problem". They had arrived from out of town for a family wedding and did not even have a place to get dressed plus my mother was exhausted. I was pulled away from preparing for my daughter's wedding to try to manage the situation. Eventually, I managed to get customer service from booking.com on the phone ( not an easy task) and they were able to inform the hotel that we did indeed have a reservation. I spoke to Raj Singh a few days later and he blamed an inexperienced employee who was working alone for the first time. However, my daughter said the front desk person was NOT by herself and that a Raj who they assumed was the manager was present and that when he saw there was a problem he disappeared into the back and never even attempted to help them find a solution. Bottom line- DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!!

The only complaint is probably typical for most hotels. Floors and walls are thin enough that you could hear people above us stomping around. It didn’t go on all night but something I noticed. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Nothing, everything was awesome.
This was a quick overnight stay for a wedding. We checked in late very easily and woke up and left before breakfast was served. Even though hot breakfast hadnt been made, the coffee was and there were great cold options. Only negative thing was our room was insanely humid. I even lowered the air to 68 and it was still warm and humid. Other than that the stay was excellent.
