Location. Room layout was nice and sort of updated like carpeting but the air vents were rusty and the bathroom had black mold in the grout
Staff very rude. After a 4.5 hour drive we arrived at 3pm. We walked in and were met with a scowl as the clerk snapped "check in is at 4" not hey welcome in can I help you?. We left to get food came back at 3:54 my husband said are we close enough or do we have to wait 6 mins. She said you have to wait. So we sat down. At 4 she helped another guest check in and never said hey guys I'm ready for you now come on over. Just absolutely the worst ive ever experienced

Laundry facilities weren’t very consumer friendly. Some items in the room weren’t totally clean.
It was clean and the location was safe.
The AC didn’t work. Our room remained hot throughout the duration of the trip. Although the room was very clean, there was a strong smell of mildew near the windows and AC unit. The kitchenette was convenient but we ultimately couldn’t use the stove because it made the room even warmer than before. The hallways had a strong smell of marijuana at times.
The staff was excellent and very friendly !!
We arrived little earlier than 4 pm check in time. They didn't give the room even though the rooms were ready. We asked for a restroom to be used, they said it is under renovation and closed. Bathroom had no bar or hand soap at the basin. Shower had only hot water so we couldn't even take a shower. They said they will give $25 credit for shower not working but that never came. Even after messaging them for the credit, there was no response. Worst experience we had.
The room was large and quiet. Everything was so clean. The kitchen and bathroom were especially well done.
The mattress was very soft.

No pool some staff very rude and I was there 2 1/2 wks couldn’t get bed sheets changed or cleaners in.
Clean and comfortable beds. Loved the room. Was perfect for us and our dog.
The coffee was not the best. Plan on bringing my own next time.
