The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hallways could definitely use some work, but once you get in the room, it’s nice.
If you are there for an extended stay. They only clean your room every other week. You can ask for fresh towels and other necessities. The halls always seem like they need to be cleaned.
Quiet, comfortable
.couldve been cleaned better and smelled better
The staff was outstanding.
The smell of Marijuana throughout the entire building.
Good location
We stayed for over a week. Housekeeping came by twice to asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned. Both times we told them yes; however, they never returned to clean the room.
The quiet space, the overall roominess of the interior and the staff was great!
They had everything ya needed including privacy.
I am now looking into their other affiliated hotels. Sonesta, the Galleria one in Dallas is probably the next stop! Thanks guys!
The pricing, but I quickly learned you pay for what you get.
It smelled of weed the second you walked into the building. Someone was smoking weed in a room down the hall from me. I got woken up from the smell coming into my room. I couldn’t take the headache anymore and finally just left. I was told by staff that they couldn’t tell where the weed was coming from so there’s nothing they could do.
It was easy to find and the staff was friendly. Close proximity to everything you need. Tvs and channel selection were great.
There was no ice maker in the fridge or freezer. Like they said, Along with no ice makers in the hallways, there were stains on the ceiling from previous water damage and cracked off drywall mud on the ceiling. If you want to do laundry , you have to download an app instead of just bringing some change , which was really Annoying. Witnessed another guest Ask for a extra blanket for his wife for their room and he was told. No, we can't give you that. There's no continental breakfast, which I think would greatly help them. They boast about being able to cook in your own room. Because it's a suite, but most people when traveling don't have time to do that. Water pressure in the shower was like , barely turning on a sink faucet and having it dribble out on you. Parking lot is super dark at night. Which is kind of off-putting to some people.
Location, room amenities, price
The strong smell of Marijuana every day and the occasional smell of cigarettes even though its a non smoking place. The place is rather beat up with broken pieces in the walls, stained sofas, vinyl floor peeling up in my room, tub spigot really loose hanging in wall, electric outlets with no covers hanging out of walls, dirty dishes in silverware drawer and cabinet. The elevator smelled like rotten fish.
Staff was kind upon check in, room was sufficient
I've stayed here before and felt satisfied. However, this trip, around 1:30 am, a party of 25 teenagers came onto the third floor, screaming and yelling for 3 hours. Staff didn't respond to complaints of other guests. I found a person sleeping on the floor in the hall as I finally left at 5:30 am. It was the least restful night I've had in a hotel in a long time. Upon walking down to the elevator, the hallways and lobby were lined with trash.
