Front desk hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM After-hours assistance is available via the lobby phone (#600) or hotel’s main number. Payment is due at check-in. Weekly payments are required for long-term stays. Late payments may deactivate room keys. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of up to $250 applies for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests. Pets are welcome with registration and applicable fees. Pets must be leashed in public areas and crated when left alone. Staff may enter rooms for maintenance or safety checks. Report any issues to the front desk or after-hours line. Guests are responsible for daily upkeep. Trash should be disposed of in the rear parking lot dumpsters. Trash bags are available at the front desk. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Good location, convenient distance from my partner’s workplace
A couple of things actually; some details about the property are not consistent with what’s being offered, especially the part of utensils. When asked about it, they blamed booking for putting false information out there. The floor and sinks were dirty which was really unpleasant. No trash room on each floor or entire building itself, we were directed to a dump outside the building. Few days into our stay, we found bedbugs underneath the sheets, they gradually made way to our clothing, we had to do extensive laundry outside. Interestingly, the fire alarm went off which continued for several minutes, guests rushed out but this proved to have been false alarm upon query, after intense period of deafening noise. There was no explanation, apology or reassurance during the entire process.
Then, I tried to negotiate a fee for late check out as my flight was in the evening, but was made to understand I had to pay the cost for a full night even though I was only staying back for few hours without spending another night. Finally, the staff lacked due diligence, kept asking for payment at the front desk each time despite making full payment online.

The place sucked. There were TWO hotels with the same name, and that WAS NOT clear. We, of course, arrived at the wrong one. One group ahead of us took 15 mins to check in. Meanwhile, I had to use the restroom. There were none around. When we finally got to TRY to check in, we were told we had no reservation. That's it... OUT THE DOOR losers. We did find that our reservation was for the other same-named hotel about a block away. When we arrived, no one was at the desk for over 20 mins. Still having to "go", this check in was the ultimate in the MOST painful, humiliating, dreadful experience ever checking into a hotel. They should be shut down or EVERYONE needs to find a room at ANY other hotel.
Everything. Even when we got checked in, we found the "suite" to be one small bed on a tile floor with fridge, tiny stove, and a microwave. That's a suite??!? It was cold, and simply unbearable.
It was at least quiet
The room smelled mostly of pot being smoked. Absolutely no amenities only a bar of soap and a hair dryer. Not even a small coffee pot in the room or extra blanket if someone was cold. For the money paid for a night, it was not a worth it. Will definitely go some place else next time.
