Horrible! Staff don’t care!

Had sexual material left behind. Evidence of human body fluids on chair and nasty towel under the chair cushion. Last but not least we were getting bitten every night and on the last night of our stay we knew why. A bed bug crawled next to me as I was resting. Staff had the nerve to call me a liar even with proof of the bedbug. Place definitely needs to be cleaned and staff needs training in all fields. From management to cleaning staff. Will never recommend anyone to stay there!

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Omg where do I start.
I was afraid of bugs
The bed seemed to be fine but there were roaches in the corners and bathroom
Hair on the floor behind the tv stand
Shower leaked all night and toilet didn’t flush
Took a good 10 mins for hot water to begin getting hot
Curtains were stapled to the wall do I couldn’t close the curtains fully. The outlets were hit in the lamps on the walls ducked
If I was charging items the lights had to be on ugh you turned the light off the charging would stop
I didn’t try the actual outlets on the walls and I didn’t use the fridge or stove or may bring within the kitchen the dresser and walls were tore up as if they were broken and scratched. No breakfast at all.
People were connecting porn to my devices which was really annoying through BT

I will never stay here again
But for the price I paid for 2 rooms were not bad

Very proud of MANAGEMENT!
Pros:

My only thing was it stated that breakfast was included and it wasn't. It was so quiet there and they were remodeling.

Cons:

I didn't like the treatment being received by other guest as if they didn't realized the place was be remodeled!!

good value for your money and felt like a home away from home
Pros:

they had a decent size parking lot and it was in a good location

Cons:

The inside was pretty outdated, and there was a lot of equipment and materials outside as they were renovating the place

It was not an experience I wish to have again. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.
Pros:

That location did not have breakfast. Only a coffee station with Dollar Tree styrofoam cups.

Cons:

My son was move because his first room had: Roaches, Someone’s dirty bikini/underwear left in the room, and stained carpet. Moved to the second room: hair on the tub… he looked over that. Next morning faucet in tub fell apart and couldn’t shower.

Disappointing to say the least , don’t waste your money
Pros:

Old and makes you feel like it was an extended stay . The room quality was extremely poor. If it wasn’t an emergency I would have simply left

Cons:

Rooms made you feel like you were at a corner motel
Surprised I didn’t see any bugs
