Staff was great
Carpet and room smells
The location
Someone walked pass my window and I’m guessing tried to key into my room
Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Parking was fine, breakfast available.
There was no water filter on site or no ability to get water. Only way to get drinking water was to buy plastic bottles. Lighting in the rooms could be improved.
This hotel is just like I expected.
We just need a night for our road trip.
I was surprised by the location driving around.
The bed
Shower on 212 was clogged and toilet was having problems to flush. Too much water but not making the swirl to flush with strength. We have to hold the toilet handle to force the flush.
The service staff is smiling and kind.
I liked everything
No elevator, but staff helped with luggage. They need new carpet on the stairs badly, but it looks like they are possibly remodeling… need to vacuum stairway and elevator, but room was clean and very nice!
Pool definitely needs to be repaired and was a little slimy on my feet…but looked and appeared to be clean!
Breakfast was decent but we prefer waffles and sausage or biscuits and gravy or cinnamon rolls… needed more protein… but it was satisfying!
Room was very nice and clean.
Stairs going up stairs are soiled and look really bad. Breakfast was simple. Not much of a selection that I would eat.
