Comfortable bed, but room not worth the money. Updates need to be done and long overdue
Pros:

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and plenty of towels/robe.

Cons:

I did not like the tub. There is a sign that states that there are scratches in the tub and it is clean, however it is not costly to paint a tub. For what one pays for the room, it should be in better shape. Also, pubic hairs came out of the jets when I turned them on. This was gross. Air vents were dirty as well as fireplace.

Pros:

The shuttle driver was very nice and kind

Cons:

The rooms were outdated. The front desk lady was not friendly. She mentioned breakfast but never mentioned anything about shuttle. Luckily friend of mine told me they had one. Customers should be informed of that upon checking in. Met two young ladies who caught Uber to concert because they were not aware of shuttle services.

It was a perfect weekend of music & an amazing room!
Pros:

Typically, the King Jacuzzi room is the only room I reserve when staying there. I love that room. It’s spacious & includes a mini fridge & microwave. It is close to the Hammond Casino Venue. I saw an amazing artist there & had an amazing room.

Pros:

Did not eat any breakfast too far to get from my room. Heat was very poor in first room ,staff moved us to another room, heat a little better but still cool in room. Staff was good .

Cons:

Ice every where in parking area, no one tried to put salt out, very bad.
